    Good Points: Everything!!!! The hotel room, comfortable bed, cleanliness, incredible staff, delicious food (4 C's Italian restaurant was extraordinary), and white sand beaches. The concierge and the general manager welcomed us and all the staff knew our names; they made everyone feel like VIP's. The playmakers were a laugh a minute.


    Bad Points: NONE!!!!


    General comments: We were there for our honeymoon 04/20/08- 04/27/08. I would actually rate Sandal's Negril a 20 on a 1-10 scale. If you are considering a Jamaican honeymoon, Sandal's is the place. Mere words cannot describe our experience.

    Sandals Group Reservations are the worst I've ever encountered. Reservations for the group are not handled by the department but solely by the bride and groom. This was not easy to plan the wedding. We did not get our room upgrades as promised and the father of the bride didn't get a room when he arrived. We also had to pay a penalty of $2000 when two guests needed to cancel their reservation within 40 days prior to the wedding, even though we found replacements!
