    General comments: the fusion digifusion box freezes out every single day. i have to pull the plug out to get it to work. the box was given to me but i will be throwing it in the bin very soon

    If I want to watch all the channels available with my Fusion DigiFusion FRT101, I have to keep re-aligning the aerie. The tv guide is never working and when the picture does come on, it keeps freezing. If digital is the future of British television and this is the standard we have got to put up with, I think I'll start listening to the radio more often.

    I have had the DigiFusion FRT101 freeview box for 5 days, and I have to say it is one of the worst pieces of electrical equipment I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. I liked the sound of the rewind TV function, but that one good feature doesn't come close to compensating for this box's many many shortcomings.
    Needless to say, first thing tomorrow this box will be winging its way back to the shop!

    I got my Fusion DigiFusion FRT101 Freeview Box as a gift 2 days ago. The first day it worked fine, nice small box, fab picture. Now it won't save the order I place the channels in (very annoying as the list includes all the top up channels that you can't get), changes the picture ratio on my TV when changing channel, takes 10 seconds to bring up the picture and the volume, even on 100%, is very low. And the remote looks cheaply made, with it's spongy buttons and sprayed plastic silver. Good for ...

    Only recently installed the Fusion DigiFusion FRT101but the level of sound output (even at maximum) despite an in built volume control that over-rides the TV sound setting. It only reaches about 50-60% of the listening level that we are used to. Unlike Panasonic (which had unreliable performance but a free setup help line), Fusion charge 8.5p/minute while you listen to messages and music until an operator arrives.

    Overall the Digifusion a good box and alot better than the Panasonic I had recently. However the screen problem is very poor and annoying. Emailed Digifusion who replied that they were aware of the problem and were trying to fix it. Not good enough really.
