    Fantastic rifle-

I brought one at the start of the year to replace my Webley-

The safety catch is in a brilliant place, the stock has good grip and the trigger is really crisp. The luminous sights are fantastic at night and it is very accurate.

Overall a fantastic rifle.... £210 well spent!

Had the Remington for about 3 weeks now and so far so good, it is light weight and very comfortable with the pistol grip. I havn't zeroed the scope yet but already having results. I would like to fit a silencer but as yet not been able to find one that fits without chopping off the front sight, don't fancy that idea much!

My brother just bought a Crosman Reminington Genesis and we went up the local farm for a try and the power it puts into the pellets are really good we were hitting the bull on targets from quite a fair distance and the scopes he got on it make it look the part.

Lightweight and well finished. The accuracy of the Crosman Remington Genesis 1000 is above average and the scope which comes with the package is pretty awesome. over all a great buy. i paid 215 pounds and am well happy. A great bit of kit. nothing out of the ordinary but a perfect gift and a steal for the rrp. I'd highly recommend this rifle to beginners, who would not just be happy with the look of this rifle but also the performance.

Easy handling, i found it to be very accurate, unlike others. I have not even mounted the scope yet. So far so good, aroung 250 shots still very accurate ( open sights ) I am concerned witht the reports regarding the barrel getting loose after 500 shots or so. I may just remove the screw and put loctite on the threads to see if I can remedy this.

I bought this and used it for two weeks. After 500 shots the barrel came loose. Prior to the failure, I could not get less than 2" at 20 yrds and it always pulled from the target despite multiple shooters (two others and I).I returned it to Cabelas and bought a RWS 350 177 which out of the box it is very accurate and consistent - I can't wait until I've got 500 pellets through it.

I bought this gun in September 207 just before the UK 'ban' came in and having read the reviews on this site, I was prepared for the potential issues mentioned. Sure enough after 1-200 shots the barrel pivot bolt came lose, but I used Loctite to secure it and have had no further problems.

I have had no problems with the scope either - easy to set up and hasn't shaken lose at all. Always worth checking and tightening the bolts on the mount of course.

Accuracy has improved the more shots I have ...

I have had this rifle for about 6 months now at a cost of £200. I have tried shooting it with the 3 ' " 9 X 40 scope that came with it, I have tried shooting it with open sights, I have changed scopes, mounts and still could not get a grouping of less than 2 inches at 20 meters.
    The reason:
    1. The trigger is bad.
    2. The barrel comes lose at the barrel pivot screw.
    3. The barrel comes lose at the set screw beneath the barrel.
    4. The barrel latch pin is not good enough to hold the b ...

There is nothing wrong with any scope in the world, the crosshairs do not move unless you adjust them. So all of you people saying the scope is rubbish, you are just wrong and its your fault you are rubbish at shooting, so dont blame the gun.

Great. This gun launches bullets like a rocket!!! I'd reccoment this to someone with at least a years worth of experiance it is dangerous. Quite expensive for the money but the sound and damage will sort that out!

I got the pellet gun from the bass pro online shop and when it arrived it was in perfect health. I first started plonking away without the scope and after eight shots trying to sight it in i saw a squirrel and knocked it out of a tree at 45 yards. Little did i know that those results wouldn't continue into the future.
Surprised by the success though i put on the scope right away. Then i learned the scope sucked. It must have been shifted after every shot with the one piece mount so i took it o ...
