The previous reviewer is talking about the Wembley Arena Pavilion which was errected while the actual Wembley Arena underwent a £35 million refurbishment in 2005. It wasn't great having been to a gig there.

However, I've been to loads of concerts and events at the actual Wembley Arena before and after the refurb and the place is better than ever since reopening.

At least the venue has some musical herritage unlike the converted Dome that is just so corporate. (read more)

We went on 11/5/05 to see Queen + Paul Rodgers, it was so bad do not take my word, go to the official Brian May site and read what he says. Then click on "Return to the subject of The Pavilion". (read more)

Yes I agree, it is out of date, and it was a temporary "Tent", now the Arena has been refurbished and I have been since, it is ten times better.
