Sony Ericsson HBH-608 Review - I am a Branch manager of a crane manufacturing company I am on the phone literally 8 hours a day and I have only had to charge my head set 1 time in the last year at the office there is no background noise I can hear clearly my customers hear me this is definately the best unit I have ever used if my current headset dies I will definately purchase another hbh-608 without hesitation (read more)

The Sony Ericsson HBH-608 blue tooth has given me problems right from the start. I have not been able to get it replaced in a timely manner. The reps are telling me that I have to send it in first and they will send me another one. That is not acceptable for me. I just stored it away and did not use anything and when i decided to pull it out two months later it worked. then it just stopped again. Overall, this is a good headset with nice battery life, provided you don't have BIG ears.
The Sony Ericsson HBH-608 bluetooth headset is sleek and good looking, and it fits my ears, but it might be difficult to wear for people with small ears.

I bought the Sony Ericsson HBH-608 bluetooth headset a week ago, and I have made 2 sixty mile round trip visits to the dealer, and a useless call to customer service. I bought a Sony because I have always done well with their products. Until now.
The headset constantly disconnects every 3-4 minutes. I can't keep pulling over to reconnect. As far as the directions go, forget it. Totally incomplete.
There are 'ring tones' and 'bell tones', but nowhere does it state what these tones...

The Sony Ericsson HBH-608 is not too bad value considering I only paid $40 on Ebay. Don't pay full price at a store! This unit works fine if you are sitting or standing still in a quiet area. (read more)

You have got to be kidding me!

<br/>I got this headset after trying 5 other headsets - from Plaintronics, 2 motorolas, and the Jabra 250 this one takes the cake by far! It has CRYSTAL clear audio. There is no audio feedback. It only disconnects when there is interference between the phone and the headset on that particular channel. My guess is your phone sucks. I've been using this headset for over a month now, and I can set my phone 20 feet away and it works perfectly. People don't even know I'm using a headset. I can't even tell the difference between using my phone and using this headset.

<br/>If your headset disconnects every three minutes then you need a new phone.
