Good Points: Easy to use.
Bad Points: Unreliable. Doesn't last!
General comments: Just put your cash in a pile and burn it now. I'll never buy another SONY product of ANY kind ever again after having the Sony DCR-DVD92 digital camcorder. A company that rushes shoddy items onto the market at inflated prices does not deserve your business.

The Sony DCR-DVD92 is the first digital camcorder I have owned, so I can't compare it to others.
I am impressed with its ease of use, and it is comfortable in the hand. Video quality is excellent, and the zoom is great, although still pictures aren't so good, but then I'm comparing it to a 5MP digital camera.
I do think the discs should be at least 2 hours long instead of 30 minutes or 1 hour on long play. Tip - just buy a few rewritable discs so you can copy the footage onto a normal DVD ...

I first saw the Sony DCR-DVD92 in Tesco priced at £449.99 , had a good look at it in store and was so tempted to buy but thought it was to pricey although it is well worth that price. I wrote down the details and got straight on the internet, I found it for just £299.99 (Sainsburys entertain you) thats a massive saving of £150.00!! It took less than a week to arrive, brilliant service.
Camera is fantastic well worth getting, just record on the dvd and play straight onto your ...

Good video and sound quality. Just dont buy from Pixmania they don't deliver on time and service is very poor.
