Good Points: Good navigation Excellent range of tutorials Adobe Photoshop Tutorials CorelDraw Tutorials Macromedia fireworks tutorials Friendly Forums
Bad Points: 1-3 days for tutorial submission delays.
General comments: Web Design Base provides online web design tutorials for free, The purpose is to help young people aged between 13-21 with web design and web programming.
The site has a very good navigation structure and is very optimized with search engines.
There are built-in RSS feeds for all categories allowing other sites to have articles posted onto there site for free using RSS feeds.
The site also has some friendly forums to show of your work and tutorial creations.
