    Good Points: I can't think of any good points with this washing machine


    Bad Points: Awful spin cycle


    General comments: Having purchased the Servis M6005W washing machine just over a year ago, I've had one problem after the other.

    The engineer had to come out to repair it 6 times in the first year, with faults ranging from the heater not working to the drum. It developed the noisiest and most violent spin, that made the whole house vibrate. Now, just after the 12 month warranty has expired, I am unable to use it again due to it tripping the electric when I switch it on!

    Servis M6005W:
    First damaged machine replaced within 1 week. Second leaked badly and flooded kitchen floor. Service engineer arrived two days later. Had to wait 5 days to be told it was a faulty unit and it would be replaced in 7 to 10 days. Returned machine to shop. Purchased another make.
