    Good Points: Good price, delivered quickly


    Bad Points: Can't really think of any


    General comments: I ordered Madagascar from Filmnight just to see what they were like in comparision to my normal DVD sites (and because someone sent me an email with a discount offer in it!). Had no problems registering or placing the order, the site prompted me to register as part of the checkout process, and it was all relatively painless as you might expect.
    I had to ring their customer services because I cocked up my credit card details - they sent me an email and I rang and sorted it out in a few minutes. The young lady I spoke to was very helpful.
    Although I ordered on the day of release, the DVD arrived three days later - bearing in mind that they are based in the Channel Islands I thought that was pretty good.

    All in all, a pretty positive experience...

    It is the same old thing, you pay for what you get and in the case of www.filmnight.com you pay for what you don't get. Cheaper prices are not always a good thing. This company looked good at first with their competitive prices but you do not necessarily receive the goods you pay for, their aftersales service is very poor. They proclaim to offer an enjoyable and simple shopping experience but provide neither. Do not recommend.
