    Good Points: it works,


    Bad Points: none


    General comments: Age Concern Travel Insurance site led me to single phone call to arrange travel insurance for my mother who is 87 years old. the lady,took details, sourced the best deal, all paid for and sorted in 5mins, this was after hours on other sites, some of which were trying to charge 5times as much for a one week holiday for my mum.

    So far, I am impressed with Age Concern Travel Insurance, but will be able to comment more fully when the paperwork has arrived, and it all goes according to plan.

    I was very frustrated that however many times I tried, giving the correct email address and quote details, I could not get my friend's quote up. A great waste of time.

    Overall very good would recommend to other no age limits and and saved me money for my elderly parents. I had a claim it was dealt with promptly.

    My mother broke her arm while visiting us. The US support number seemed helpful, but then we started receiving bills directly to us. Finally, we received a threat of being sued for non-liability damages from Age Concern travel insurance.
