    Good Points: Excellent service. Smooth and hassle free!


    Bad Points: None as yet!


    General comments: I took out a fixed term deal Portman Mortgages, without tie in at a rate of 3.45% with low arrangement fees in 2003, then I remortgaged before the end of the deal in 2005 at 4.79%, and I didn't even have to pay any fees to change over, so I stuck with them. They are very competitive, and I have always had good service!!

    I would recommend Portman Mortgages based on the service we have had. Everything has been smooth and hassle free!!

    We have our mortgage arranged with Portman. They are very good in the rates department and although we are now able to change mortgages without having any fees to pay we have still stuck with Portman. We have done lots of searches both online and on the Internet but they have yet to be bettered. When you need to talk to someone they are very friendly and approachable and the mail we receive from them is clear and easy to understand. We couldn't be happier.
