General comments: Adrian Flux car insurance are brilliant, they are very helpfully, and know what they are talking about, they specialise in modified cars, and dont load a massive percentage on your insurance if you cars is modified, also they cover mods like for like, so very helpful if you have spent alot of money on mods, and they dont penalize if your under the age of 25! They also offered me an agreed value on my car, hardley any other company would even touch me on this car with the mods, let alone cover mods like of like or an agreed value! Another bonus point is that they are based in England!
Excellent company, very customer friendly, quoted me a lot cheaper than anywhere else!

I insured my Hotrod car as flux "claim" to be specialist insurance for such a vehicle. Unfortunately my car got caught up in the July floods. Its taken the six months to decide that the car should be written off, total loss. I took out a policy from them because it came out to be the cheapest for my bike insurance, I had paid them monthly, so they asked for a deposit and the first months payment, after about a week I have managed to get business insurance through my work so i no longer required it so I gave them a call to cancel the policy, when I spoke to customer services it took me about 15 minutes to get through, when I mentioned to cancel the customer services lady said if you cancel we will have to keep the de ...

We have taken an insurance policy with them in July which was agreed on and paid for. After a month they started to ask all sort of searching questions on the ground that one of the drivers is Belgian (therefore EU citizen) and needs to provide marriage certificate and proof of residence... Then decided to cancel our policy without any notice. We were totally unaware of this, and must have used the car while uncovered without knowing it...

I insured my trike with them it was sent for repair and estimate 6th June 2007 it is now the 28 Aug 2007 still in for repair and can't get any sense out of anyone as to when I will get it back if ever and then today I received a nice letter informing me that they will not renew my insurance which expires on the 06 09 2007 in all my years of driving I am 49 and passed my test at 16 I have never been refused or been treated so badly I have a clean licence with no claims and I have had lots on high ...

I have been with Adrian Flux for a year now and everything is fine, however I have never claimed and my renewal has just come through and paid it no problems. Customer service is good compared to other young/modified drivers who pass you from pillar to post when you try to get a quote and they are English based which is a massive bonus

Adrian Flux Car Insurance are useless. I would never go to them again. Change my vehicle, and then go on holiday. Come back to see two letters from them, 1st one asking for Immobiliser Declaration, 2nd one telling me my insurance will be cancelled if I don't send the forms. Then after I have sent my details back to them, I receive a text informing me that my policy is in danger of being cancelled. I first went to them when I bought an Import MR2 turbo. They were about the only company that would insure it, and they were cheaper by miles.
Since then, I have insured an MG Zt 190+ and now a Hyundai Coupe 2.7 V6 without any fuss, and the 'unbeatable guarantee' from Adrian Flux car insurance means at the best possible price too! What a bonus!

Adrian Flux car insurance were unhelpful and caused me a lot of stress I didn't need. They sent me a letter dated the 26th April saying that my policy has been cancelled on the 24th April, so I have been driving around without insurance for 3 days.

I have had insurance with them for 4 years, but I had my only ever claim in July when another car hit me from behind. I rang them and they put me on to their claim department, who were excellent. By the following morning I had a free car to use while mine was being repaired, and Adrian Flux car insurance also sorted a firm of solicitors to contact me about the slight neck injury my wife had.

Adrian Flux car insurance are not a very good company when you want your money back. They take it easily, but they're not prepared to give it back. Staff keep telling me that the cheque is in the post, but it never arrives.

I got insured through Adrian Flux car insurance recently, and due to the good price, my wife decided to use them too. She had previously driven on my insurance but did have 9 years NCB from her previous car just over 2 years ago.
Anyway, AF have now informed her that her NCB has expired and it cannot be used because it is too old. They have demanded an extra £500+ to continue the insurance, which is more than double.

I was buying a new car, and my existing company were very expensive. One of my work colleagues has the same sort of car, and is also insured with Adrian Flux. He knew they had a web site, and said I could enter my details online, which made the whole process really easy. Adrian Flux Car Insurance - I can't say anything about the quality of after claim service as I haven't had to make a claim. However, I was surprised to find that they automatically continued my insurance even though I have never asked them for this - and indeed have found new insurance elsewhere.
Apparently I should have returned the documents they sent me - with me asking - a month or two before the policy expiry opting OUT of new insurance!

Flux have stopped my NCD although I have not made a claim. They have refused to provide details but are insisting on hiking the premium by £350, which was already £150 higher than the AA, Sainsbury's and Norwich union.
