    I have never in my life had such disgusing service, quite honestly once they have your money Cyber-Lets Letting agent are not interested.

    They have breeched contract in every possible way, maintenance not carried out to the extent that the problems have affected my health and we have lost £100's

    You are rarely if ever able to get through to the right person and when you do they promise you the world and you get absolutely NOTHING!!!!!
    I am in the process of dealing with the matter in court

    I have just received a message from my tenants to say that they got a letter saying Cyber-lets are in Liquidation and asking who they want the liquidator to be. This means they are unlikely to get their deposit back.

    The sales team were very misleading from the start as to the comission and the date the tenants were due to move in on. They promised me an official credit check many times but they didn't do it. This should of been signs to me not to use them.

    I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned, the landlord has not received all the rent paid by me, even Rentokill (hired by Cyber-Lets) are waiting for their money...
    Probably too late, but: don't trust them and don't hand them any money!

    I got the flat that I wanted at the price that I wanted. Overall, a very good service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cyber-Lets.

    I had some problems but they were easily rectified. The good thing about this company over others is the speed in which lettings take place.

    After my experience with Cyber-Lets I would recomend landlords and tenants have nothing to do with them.
