    Good Points: I personally cannot find any!


    Bad Points: Lack of meal options they are all along the same lines except with different sauces/meats/carbs etc.
    Expensive recipe contents a few options for cheaper dinners
    Some very strange combinations of things in the recipes that didnt taste too good!
    Meals leave you feeling hungry because the portions are tiny (and I mean tiny!).
    Not as flexible as other diets I have tried ie weight watchers.


    General comments: Costs 18.99 a month and I personally prefer weight watchers, I will definitley be returning to that diet! I can see how the diet would work if you could afford the meals, I struggled to fit them into my family lifestyle and the meals worked out very expensive for me.
    Good luck with which ever diet you choose!
