Good Points: Always very helpful and patient.
Bad Points: Not known
General comments: I have been with 'naims' for just over a year now. The odd times I have contacted them direct, I have had an e-mail back from them straight away.I telephoned my supplier entanet (got through naims) regarding a problem I had with the internet and the same day I had contact fron naims to see if it was all sorted.Well worth the 10/10.

After a horrendous time with talk talk, Naims made my computer use worthwhile again! They ironed out my problems related to computer ignorance without making me feel a numpty. Can't praise these folks highly enough, they should set up a sister company educating others in customer service.

So straight forward pricing ,no broken promises , U.K. based support.,quick response to email.

Naims is a great service particularly when you consider the price. Where can you get such service at this monthly cost? I would recommend to anyone - unless you are the original Grumpy Old Man!

I pay £47 for the conection I pay the modem and I look all the web site nowhere say about 12 months contract only with small letters when you are in the buying process. I don't like Naims they use small letters for the 12 months contract. I went with them because I don't like contract but I find out that I have 12 months contract afterwards. I can download 2 gig every month and after they charge me £2 per gig!

I have been with this Naims.co.uk for several years, starting with an Unmetered dial up account and now I have moved to their Home 512kbs Broadband package. Despite the activation fee I decided to stay with Naims.co.uk as all aspects of the service I enjoyed with the unmetered dial up account. i.e. good customer service, trouble free Internet access, value for money and a month to month contract, has continued with their broadband packages.
