Good Points: Wide angle lens Picture quality Handling Build quality Control
Bad Points: Pricey Screen could be bigger Cheap lens cap
General comments: I have now owned my Olympus C-7070 digital camera for around a month, and I could not be happier with it.
The handling, picture and versatility are first class. If you want to take good creative pictures (especially in confined spaces) and hanker after a digital SLR but can't be bothered with the bulk, weight, lens switching, and worrying about dust on the sensor etc., this is the camera for you.
Oh - and the build quality is great too.

I have been surrounded by friends buying and showing off their Nikon SLR digitals recently, and, having bought the Olympus Camedia C-7070 was intrigued by their air of superiority when in fact the C-7070 seems to me much more versatile in every way, with the supreme advantage of being a dream in terms of handling and weighing considerably less than the cumbersome and bulky SLRs.
