I've had my Samsung E530 now for about 2-3 years and I still love it. I am with Tesco Mobile and have an excellent reception. I've been with Orange and Vodafone in the past and Tesco far excels these. I have had no problems with this phone whatsoever. It still looks as good now as the day I bought it - no scratches or damage. The picture quality is great, the sound is great, all the features are great - overall its great! I've thought about changing to a slider phone - just for a change, b ...

Started off as a great little phone, but the Samsung E530 soon turned into a nightmare. As I am still under warranty I am having another phone sent to me asap. Lets hope this one goes the distance.

In short my Samsung E530 is just a really good phone. I love it. I did get it second hand and still it is in very good working order. I have the orange and white coloured one and I love the colour and its style. The quality of both the mp3 player and the camera are great. I have had no problem with reception, in fact I get better reception at my home than I did with my Nokia 6111.

My Samsung E530 cuts out during phone calls, freezes and turns off when reading texts, and file transfers are impossible via bluetooth. Shall I go on? Don't buy it.

The Samsung E530 looks nice. All the features are good and although it's nothing out of the ordinary, for the price I paid, I really don't have any complaints. Fantastic phone! It has bluetooth, video, mp3, etc! Overall, pretty good.

This review is based on the Samsung E530 on an O2 pay and go sim card. This is the best phone I have ever had (and I've had quite a few). I've had it 9 months now and the battery life still far exceeds most other models of phones, even when they are brand new. The display on the phone is fantastic, colour phone, with a range of different settings to make the phone unique for you. It's really simple to set up passwords both on the phone, the sim card and even on your messages, phonebook etc s ...

When I saw the Samsung E530 I was desperate to have it and paid 160 quid for it! Not value for money in my opinion! The camera quality is excellent, the screen is bright and clear but I am just bored of it. I have to say it's the little things that make a phone personal which are not available on this phone. You cannot personalize message tones and the one's that come with the phone are beginning to drive me nuts because texting is what I use a phone for the most. Also I bought the phone as ...

The Samsung E530 is a nice phone, no major problems, resisted a fair bit of being dropped on the floor. Has useful calculator, calender, etc. It has nearly all the features you would need, good camera quality. Only down point I find is I live in an area with only enough signal to send a message (one bar), this phone does not pick up that reception, so I have to put my sim in a much older phone that does.

I loved the Samsung E530 mobile phone until it developed a fault, and there are NO repair centres in Northern Ireland, and Samsung's customer service is non-existent! The buttons on the side of the phone are very sensitive, and I have ended up photographing the inside of my jeans pocket quite a lot when the camera activated. The case is soft, and the phone is easily scratched.

The Samsung E530 has a nice design and good features. It does not come with a USB cable, which you then have to buy since it's a special one. Sound quality is horrible, as it's very muffled and you can't be heard if there is any noise.

I loved the Samsung E530 mobile phone when I bought it. The reason I said it was bad value for money is because I'm impatient and forked out 250 for it, and got it 2 days after it was launched in the UK. 3 months later the price dropped by 70 and then, not 10 months later, I saw it advertised for 90 pounds!! It's outrageous! But anyway. The phone itself is great. I've never had any problems whatsoever with reception. In fact, many times this phone was the only one in a place to HAVE reception. I ...

Now that I have solved the bad reception problem, I love the Samsung E530 mobile phone! I opened the back and stuck in a cell phone antenna next to the Sim, and now I have twice as much signal. I have read lots of reviews about this phone mentioning the poor signal, and I would recommend anyone with the same problem to do this.

I've had the Samsung E530 mobile phone for just over a year. I bought it on pay as you go from O2. I don't really do contracts, so I just buy new phones every 12 months because I have an O2 online SIM (£10 a month for 300 texts). The time has come for a new phone, because basically, I'm bored with this one! This phone would be fantastic if it had more memory. I've got about 20 pictures, 3 videos and 15 MP3 songs on it, and I can't get anything else on because the memory is full. It has ...

I would avoid the Samsung E530 mobile phone if you are expecting reliability. Stick with good old Nokia, as they are most reliable phones I have ever had!!

The Samsung E530 is the first non-Nokia mobile phone I've had in a while, and I think next time I would go back to Nokia. The reception is bad (even on the move in central London, you can't keep up a conversation on it), and the battery life is rubbish - last count was a little over 24 hours without making or receiving a call or even texting on it... Plus, some of the menus and shortcuts are counter-intuitive. And then there are just the really annoying things like when I go to write a text, ...

I love the Samsung E530 phone it is very reliable and it does all the things it's meant to do and it does it very well. I love the fact that you can vary the colours quite a bit as well. The design is sleek and stylish too.

The Samsung E530 is a good looking phone, easy to use, great picture quality. Camera has a flash which is useful at night! Good value for money as the inclusions such as mp3 player, video/camera, extra 'girlie' features make this a well rounded phone that will fit into any handbag!

I have a Samsung E530 mobile phone. Initially I was impressed, but as time has gone on, it only drives me mad. The reception is terrible. I know it is not the network as I have never had a problem before. My boyfriend also recently got a Samsung and he now has the same problem on a different network!! The predictive text is painful to use. New words do not save even if I use them regularly. It reverts to Dutch every now and again as this is the first language in the list. The girly extras on ...

The Samsung E530 mobile phone is excellent. I have bad vision, but I don't have to put my glasses on because the numbers are big enough for me to see.
