    Good Points: I could video call and have MP3's and videos and stuff like that, but I had to download it off the internet.


    Bad Points: The bluetooth didn't work at all. I tried to connect with a lot of my friends but the phone just wouldn't connect. The USB cable that I got with the phone also wouldn't work at all.


    General comments: I got the Samsung Z130 mobile phone brand new. When I first got it I took my sisters phone and tried to send some things to my phone via bluetooth but it wouldn't work. I just thought it was a connection error, but a few days later when I tried it again and again, it still didn't work at all. I went to many phone shops to try and fix it, but they said they couldn't. When I took it back to the shop that I got it from the guy there said that I couldn't swap or replace it because it was on contract. He tried to fix it, but instead he went to the phones master reset and deleted everything that I had on it. I hate that guy now, and I don't want to upgrade from that shop; I'd rather go to some other shop.

    I got this phone as an upgrade from O2. It seemed OK at first, but I found Bluetooth to be a major problem. It wouldn't connect to any other phone. I contacted both 02 and Samsung, and neither were able to help. Having read other review sites, It seems I am not alone in this, and it appears to be a common fault. Texting was a pain too! It is easy to write, but it took too long to be able to send it.

    I sent the phone back and replaced it with a D500. I am much happier.
