Good Points: All in one. Connectivity to the PC is very useful. It is convenient to hold and it fits well in the palm of my hand. It is well set out, and it has a responsive key pad. Fair headset performance. Good overall package.
Bad Points: The body is prone to scratches, especially the bottom. No groups for SMS. Cannot add to contacts from incoming calls. Slow uploads. Some software bugs in Memory management and USB charging - the phone suddenly resets and you lose the phonebook and photos etc. 16Mb is insufficient. It takes a lot of time to charge the battery.
General comments: The LG C3400 was a great mobile phone when it was first introduced, but with the C2500 around, the C3400 is now out-done, and it is now really only for middle budget seekers of the clamshell form factor.
