Good Points: I like the k300i it is a great phone. it has everything you need without spending a lot of money, and it looks great.

Bad Points: The only bad point is that the toggle gets a bit stubborn after you have used it a lot, and it is bad that if you record a song or something, you cant use that for your message alert you can only use it for for your ring tone.

General comments: The Sony Ericsson K300i phone has been a good handy phone for not breaking. It is a good looking phone with great ring tones as well. It is cool how you can make your own ring tones.

The Sony Ericsson K300i mobile phone has video recording, a digital camera and an MP3 player. The MP3 player is hard to find. The video recorder only lasts for 10 seconds. It doesn't have bluetooth, just infrared.

Overall it is a good phone, so it's more or less safe to say you should buy it.

I bought a new Sony Ericsson K300i mobile phone. The phone contains MP3's, videos and pictures that were originally provided by Sony Ericsson, but I don't want the videos, MP3's, pictures and other data provided, such as games. I want more free space. When I deleted it all, it made no difference to the free space. It is still there in my phone. I reset (Reset all) the phone but I am still getting the deleted stuff back. They take up 6Mb's, so I am left with only 6Mb. Does any one know how I can ...

The Sony Ericsson K300i isn't actually a bad mobile phone, I just don't like it. I don't like the joystick, it's too fiddly. I don't like the small buttons, and I don't like the screen - it's too small. The display is poor, and I don't find the text or graphics of good quality. I had mine as a free Orange upgrade, and with little choice of available phones, I opted for this one as it had the best reviews, but disliked it from day one. I really wanted a Nokia 6170, but there wasn't one available, ...

    Present Day:
My Sony Ericsson K300i mobile phone is currently heading back to the Amazon returns department after the joystick and several buttons stopped working.

    3 months earlier:
I got the phone from amazon for £50.
On taking the handset out of the box, the first thing I noticed was just how cheap it felt to the touch. The buttons were small, and the phone (the back cover particularly) had the integrity and build quality of a Kit-Kat wrapper.

The battery life was generally good ...

Overall, the Sony Ericsson K300i is a very good mobile phone, and I would definitely recommend it. It's 4x zoom is very good, as is its video capture. The MP3 player is great. The only thing I would say is that the memory is only 12Mb, so if you are buying this phone be aware of that! Brilliant phone!

The Sony Ericsson K300i is a cheap mobile phone with common features, although it is the best in its range of phones.

I've only had my Sony Ericsson K300i mobile phone for a few days, but I'm finding myself quite liking it. The fact that you can take video for what seems like hours is great. The ring tones are pretty cool, and they're LOUD. Good games as well. The darts could become addictive. I only paid £50 for mine, so I got pretty good value for money. It's light as well. The only problem I have is that it's vibrate setting is poor, so you can barely feel it. All in all a good phone.

The Sony Ericsson K300i is OK. As a cheap and cheerful mobile it's well specced compared to rivals, but the keypad is very noisy. Someone will be able to hear you typing a text whilst watching TV or listening to music, which is very irritating. It is so irriating that I took it back before the end of my 14 day trial period. It's not a bad effort, but that keypad clatters and clicks like something built 5 years ago.

The Sony Ericsson K3ooi is just about the perfect mobile for all the common Indian public its absolutely fabulous features along with its down to earth price has made it a rampant hit across the Indian subcontinent

Howeever the back cover is a bit loose giving an uncomforatable feeling otherwise excellent one more thing this phone lacks is memory stick 12 mb I think for a phone with such features is too less..............

I got the Sony Ericsson K300i, after I got incredibly fed up of the rubbish Phillips 535 I had before. It was cheap at £79.99, compared to the others.

I wasn't expecting very much as it was a lot cheaper than anything else, and doesn't look very cool (although I wouldn't say it was ugly, and certainly not heavy). However, it turned out to be totally superb! It is very easy to use. I have only had it a day, but I have figured this already. The screen isn't really small. Perhaps it ...

I recently had to replace a Motorola E365 with the Sony Ericsson K300i. How glad I am. I realise now what I've been missing...

The K300i mobile phone is gem. It's user interface is attractive, fast, and very intuitive. As supplied, everything has worked first time including picture messaging, email and web browsing. The screen graphics are very clear, there is lots of memory, and the on/off tone is very quiet (note this fact Motorola!).

The only real minus point is that while composing a ...

As comparing with other mobiles I think the Sony Ericsson K300i is best. An excellent choice. (See Good Points).
