Good Points: Small. Lightweight. Extremely comfortable to wear. Good battery life.
Bad Points: Poor microphone sound quality. Crashes phone when going in and out of range. VERY short range (3m-4m). Fragile.
General comments: I blew the $200.00 thinking that this thing was the latest and greatest. The Siemens HHB-620 (600) certainly wasn't like any of the other headsets I had used or seen before. For one thing it came with two different sized ear hook pieces, both of which are flexible and soft. This thing was a delight to wear compared to the Sony HB-60, and the Motorola I have used previously. All day I forget I had it on.
But then I found out that going in and out of range, which happens a lot with this headset (4m range!) crashes the phone. I have to power down, and power back up to fix it. New firmware made it better, but still not 100% fixed. People can't hear me approx 80% of the time. It disconnects even when in range for no apparent reason. Where the ear piece mounts on to the main unit it is very weak and snaps the main unit in half (2 units broken, before I realised it was so fragile!)
But the sound quality is the major issue. Even thought the earpiece puts great sound in my ear, other people just can't hear me.
