    Good Points: Performance, handling, brakes.

Bad Points: Limited space with rear seats up and rear cover is a heavy clumsy design, some blind spots particularly when joining motor ways on slip roads.

General comments: A wolf in sheeps clothing, the Volvo V50 T5 2.5 Turbo SE. It can out perform an aweful lot of so called performance cars and yet still returns reasonable fuel economy 25 mpg around town 35 mpg on a long run. I have received a lot of pleasure from the car particularly on the continent where it can achieve amazing average speeds on long distances. Most comfortable seats and position of any car that I have driven.

Having owned two volvos so far this is excellent. My past cars were a 740 Estate and a V70 T5 Estate. I decided to downsize from the T5 but the V50 does not comprimise performance or quality. I would highly reccomend a look at this stunner.

Not your typical Volvo! This Volvo V50 T5 2.5l Turbo SE Geartronic Estate is the third Volvo I've owned and I must admit to being pleasantly suprised by them all.

This is the largest one and the most powerful. The 2.5l turbocharged petrol engine is very responsive and the handling is there to match the 220 BHP it generates.

The interior styling has to be seen to be believed, especially the futuristic centre console. All the gadgets you'd expect are there too - heated seats, 6 CD stereo, ...
