    We went for a family portrait sitting at J.C.M. Studios. The photograpaher took a disappointingly short time taking the photographs and having agreed to two separate viewings of the proofs to accomodate diferent availabilties he later changed his mind and began moaning that he wanted to ensure a sale before he showed any photographs! He was quite curt in a conversation and unhelpful -he even suggested that he have another conversation with my partner because he appeared to not be happy talking to me- I was insulted and felt very unlikely to spend money there - I have yet to see the photogrpahs!!

    We booked the £400 package at J.C.M. Studios as I did not want the day taken over by a photographer - the idea was to have a relaxed as possible day. The photos my father took with his cheap digital camera were far superior in both the colour quality and angle they were taken from.
    When we got the proofs back we were under the impression that the poor quality was due to the fact they were proofs. When we took delivery of the album I had to leave it with JCM as the photos had not been glu ...

    We met JCM at a wedding fayre at the Brentwood Centre and they took the time to go through what WE wanted on our day and not, like other photographers, what we HAD to have. Bearing in mind we were at a wedding fayre so there were lots of other people around they did not rush us or ask us to make an appointment but instead spoke to us at length about the various options available to us.     Constant calling to my room when I was trying to assure nervous bridemaids, made me a wreck, totally ruined my day!!! Compalints that he had to elsewhere although we had paid over £900. The photographer was early!!

    From the moment I walked into JCM Studios I knew that I would book them to photograph our special day.

    The staff were so helpful and not in the slightest bit pushy (which I found some photographers to be); they were honest, informative and true to their word.

    It was great to see a selection of albums to see examples of their work which enabled me to decide on the style of my photographs. I went for a mixture of traditional and reportage in both black and white and colour.

    JCM Studios really did a fantastic job at capturing all the precious moments of our wedding day and making us feel really special.

    Not only are they good value for money but they can tailor the package to each couple's individual needs. We had a mix of informal black and whites and formal colour shots which refect all the different emotions and atmosheres of the day.

    J.C.M. Studios Good service from start to finish, The prices were the most attractive, as the finished albums and photos when compared in quality to rival photographers was similar, but hundreds of pounds cheaper. We booked on recommendation, after having attended a friend's wedding, saw the photographer at work, and saw the finished album. The cheaper price did put us off, as it didn't seem right, offering all the things they do, but they make everything themselves, so I suppose they can offer ...
