I got a BSA SUPER 10 mk2 3 weeks ago, I didn't go out to buy the gun , I did a deal on another of my air rifles, I hadn't owned a BSA pcp before this, but I gotta say, I LOVE THIS GUN, it just feels right in your hands, I'm not a fan of .22 air rifles as a rule but...... Up to 40-60 metres (1 mil dot) I would challenge anyone to a shoot off, it's that accurate, the bolt action is slightly noisy( not excessive), The trigger is fantastic, and magazine is great, although I found different... ALWAYS FANCIED A SUPER-TEN, AND WHEN THIS FULL LENGTH BULL BARREL TURNED UP ON THE ADS I THOUGHT FOR THAT SORT OF MONEY I CAN IGNORE THE PITFALLS I'VE READ AND HEARD MENTIONED...... I'M NOT NORMALLY A FAN OF .22 BUT WHILST CLOSE TO THE 12LB LIMIT IT'S SUPERB FOR CLOSE TO MID-RANGE WORK (20-40 YARDS)AND WITH SUPERDOMES WEIGHING IN AT 14.5 GRAIN YOUR FPS IS EXCELLENT GIVING THE PELLET A SLIGHTLY FLATTER TRAJECTORY THOUGH NOT .177...BUT WHEN IT HITS IT HITS HARD AND WITH DEVASTATING RESULTS. I own a MKII Superten and a couple nicer rifles. As far as value, the BSA can't be beat. As far as user friendly, it lacks, especially if you have problems breathing and talking at the same time. The bolt needs special attention, so, pay attention. The accuracy right out of the box for the money can't be beat! As far as magazine problems or a leaking cylinder, I haven't had any problems. It's heavy, its ten year old technology, great value, do some push ups and buy this rifle! (read more)

I bought a 2nd hand FAC BSA super10 mk2. Its a fantastic rifle. I have not had one problem with it. I love it. Extremely accurate and great for long range. Slightly on the heavy side. I can get 40-45 good power shots from my 200cc buddy bottle. Some people complain about the magazine and cocking handle, but I cant fault it at all. (Some ppl just to hard to please) Now looking online for a spare buddy bottle for the longer day shooting. I would give this 10/10. For this type of rifle I would... (read more)

The BSA superten is very cheap second hand for a pcp of this quality and it can be bought as FAC, however if bought at 12ft/p i would go .177, the gun suprisingly fires it seems half a tin of pellets before the 200cc buddy bottle needs refilling. The BSA supersport looks beutiful i would go as far to say one of the best looking air rifles in the world. however i do not like the weight of the gun, i am not that strong and it does tend to make your arm ache after a long shoot but this might... I bought the BSA Super ten almost new from a dealer, wondered why someone would sell such a beautiful looking gun so soon after buying it. Then realized first time out it is the worst gun i have ever had, you have to tip toe and gingerly operate the thing, I absolutley hate it. The first day out I ended up with 2 slugs in the barrel ( yes i dilligently operated the bolt and also tried to verify each slug making contact but still ended up with a ruined barrel) replacment cost 120... I really got on well with my BSA Superten especially the 22 (ive had 3) the trigger is very good as is the loading of the mag.

I am sending my BSA Super Ten back for a trade. The main problems were weight and the effort needed to cock the rifle. After shooting 30 shots through the super ten, my fingers ache from the effort needed to cock the thing. I was looking for pleasure not pain. Thus back it goes. (read more)

It's light, got a 10 shot magazine (which loads easily) and the cocking action is small. It's accurate and looks sweet and is comfortable to shoot. I bought mine 2nd hand and sometimes the pellet doesn't load from the magazine and it dry fires. The buddy bottle is a bit fiddly, unlike some guns where the bottle is built in to the gun. Overall, good gun, well built. (read more)

I Just Bought a BSA Super 10 Yesterday. It Is a Fantastic Rifle ! I Had An Air Arms S410 Before It, Even Though The S410's Bolt Action Is Faster And Reloading The Mag Is Faster, I Would Still Say The Super 10 Is a Better Rifle. As I Said, I Have Only Had The Rifle One Day So My Thoughts May Change About It. But I Kept Getting Problems With My S410, Such As The Bolt Kept Jamming And I Had To Send It Away To Get Fixed As It Was Loosing Power And Was Not Firing Anywhere Near The Expected 12fps.... I have only had this gun for one day. (Bull Barrel) It is in mint condition, and i bought it in a sling bag for £75!!!!!

I used this rifle for the first time today on my local range, and after putting 3 rounds down, i took it to the shop for them to check it. It was so quiet i though there was a problem. There wasn't, it was putting out 11.3ft lb and the gunsmith said that they are naturally quiet. It... (read more)

You can possibly use a tin of pellets on 1 fill of the air tank. Well it seems like it.
It can get heavy, but a comfortable way to carry can be found, that's easiest for you, with very little time.
Very consistent with accuracy even with little air in the tank.
I use mine for rabbiting, and have had 3 perfect shots without disturbing the other prey in close proximity to my prey.
I can highly recommend this rifle over a Air Arms TX200 TC, and any Weihrauch. (read more)

Mine is a mk2 carbine. Cheaper than other buddy bottle rivals. Bolt needs to be pulled back and dowm, otherwise safety mech activates, which is annoying, so have mod bolt on mine. Not the prettiest rifle. However, solid biuld, stock chunky, and will withstand hunting forays, unlike some rivals, whose guns look nice, but are to fragile. A chrony proves how consistent this gun is, you'd be surprised that some pcp rifles are not very consistent. Power bang on the limit, and stays that way until... (read more)

The BSA Superten rifle is whisper quiet, unbelievably accurate AND powerful for a legal air arm. If you practice your 'hold over' you can shoot accurately and powerfully at very long ranges. Pumping it is a pain, but at least you get a good number of shots from the standard bottle. Beautifully made and pleasure to use, this is one rifle you'll keep for a long time. (read more)

After many months of research I decided to purchase a BSA Superten bull carbine in .22cal.I liked the Airarms s410 but disliked the magazine stuck up between the scope mounts. The rifle was also stiff to cock. I also liked the new range of Daystate harriers, but decided to play safe with the tried and tested super10 mark 2.

I decided on the BSA SuperTen Bull Barrel .177 as it seemed everyone was raving about it. So when the Bull Barrel version came out I was the first to get one. I chose the .177 as I wanted the flatter trajectory and better accuracy the calibre brings.
After trying it with 5 different makes of pellets including Crosman Accupell's the best group I got was inch at 25 yards with Baracuda match. The Accupell's were good but every 5 shots or so I'd get a stray! Which was the same with some other... (read more)

Yet my BSA Superten MK II Carbine, with BSA Catseye 4-16x50 scope, fully camoed in realtree, with a lazer site is the most "surgical" piece of kit I've ever played with. I absolutely love the SuperTen (mine is a MkII)
once adjusted, the trigger feels great, the gun is a nice weight too, i'm a fairly big lad so i need a bigger gun.
I had a logun silencer supplied with the gun, but i soon ripped this off and made my own, dont get me wrong the logun silencer is ace, but shooting bunny's where I live is difficult, so i made a pretty good silencer, it was a sleeve with holes drilled in it slid over the barrel, an outer casing leaving a 1/4" gap between the two,...
