Good Points: They have a good plans with unlimited nights and weekends
General comments: Sprint is the worst cell phone customer service I have ever experienced. They don't do what they say. One guy will say yes to you and then return to the second guy who will say no to you or increase the price of the plan.

Overall, I was so mad with my Sprint in NEW YORK CITY, when I went home to Ohio, my mood towards Sprint didn't change at all. You pay too much and you get too little, or you get none at all. They told me that to end my contract, I would have to pay a charge of $1500! The contract said $175. That drove me CRAZY. I showed them my copy of the contract, want to know what they said? "Sorry bud, you got swindled! You are not getting any money back what so ever. It is a flexible rate." Yes, it was a f ...- Read bbenmeyer's review (141 words)

I love SprintPCS. The network is awesome and I'm always getting good service. It beats all the other companies by far and the phones are great there, affordable and work awesome. Plus the Internet is amazing. My Samsung a 900 phone is amazing also.- Read sick's review (48 words)

I was sold a phone from SprintPCS under the impression that I would be eligible for a rebate and then later found out I could not get it. My phone bill every month so far has been a constant struggle of taking off charges that should not exist, such as downloaded games and ringers. I don't even have Internet access. I don't even have text messaging. My phone isn't even capable of it.
It is going to be cheaper for me to buy out my contract for the next year and a half, than pay the outrageous f ...- Read roadway's review (127 words)

From the time I bought my house, 3 years ago, I have been unable to place a call from within my home all the way to the top of my driveway. My phone was constantly searching for a signal, and it would "enter the Sprint service area" at random locations if I walked aroung to attempt to make a call or send a message. Sprint offered me the option to pay an additional $5 to utilize any tower which would pass through my calls, why should I pay for their faults?. However, being desperate, I agreed and ...- Read mystic268's review (168 words)

If Customer Service matters at all to you, then don't use Sprint!! During my first 2 year contract 7pm night/weekend minutes was free, but after 10 or 11 months I received a letter informing me that Sprint was no longer going to offer that service to ANYONE, and it was withdrawn. About 7 months later I saw a Sprint commercial advertising "Night/weekend minutes at 7pm" was free for new customers. When I called to have that service restarted on my account I was told I would have to pay for it, ...- Read Szyzsnyk's review (322 words)

The SprintPCS network is better than Cingular in the New York area but the frequent dropped calls and calls directly to voicemail makes this a bad choice. Also, on top of the network issues, they have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Lastly, poor to average at best phone selection.- Read mesmundo's review (73 words)

We got one of the best phones at Sprint and ended up changing it twice. We had a numerours number of missed calls, calls going directly to Voice Message in spite of having good signal. And also, it took us a long time to get the bills posted!!
They have a plan where they give a credit limit and disconnect the phone if it goes above the credit limit. What kind of post-paid plan and policy is it where you disconnect the phone for using it more!! When we signed up, we did not realize what the $2 ...- Read deepnan's review (223 words)

I like the service. When you are their service areas, it's excellent. However, they have numerous holes in their "continuous" service areas.- Read edrhathaway's review (52 words)
