This company is a rip off. I orderd four 'SO Smart dvds. vol. 1,2,3 and letters/first words and colors from this company August 24, 2010. I have emailed this company numerous times and have yet to recieve a response or my goods. I even went so far as to report them to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are NOT a reputable Company!!! If it were possible to give them ZERO STARS I would.

AVOID!! This company has ripped off hundreds of people through ebay and their site. If you place an order they will tke your money and that will be the end of it! No email response, no paypal response. If only 1 out of 4 people complains then they're still making money! Look around, theres plenty of dirt on these guys, even looking at the ebay store and seeing that for some reason all the listings have been removed recently and the whole past months orders have garnished negative feedback... I ordered 2 DVD's from DVD Magnet over 5 weeks ago. They claim they will send them out in 2 business days and that it could take up to 14 or more days to receive your order. Come on, even the US Mail isn't that slow these days! There is no way for you to contact DVD Magnet except via e-mail if you have an issue. Item was ordered May 29. Partial refund issued Jan 23. DVDmagnet claims the item was damaged and returned to them. They issued a partial refund less the shipping and insurance. I was never given the option of a replacement DVD. I definitely would not recommend this company. They haven't responded to my emails or the complaint with Paypal. (read more)
