    I bought two movies from them and they got it to me in a week. Im happy with the service and I would buy from them again. I liked the UFC section, as I was able to find UFC Classics 7 at a good price.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!

    Much like the other person I waited a month for the item I ordered and it never came. I then received an email saying it was damaged and I would receive a refund. I only received a partial refund and have had to file complaints with PayPal and with the Better Business Bureau. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. Their prices seem too good to be true, and its because they are!

    THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS TO THE CORE!!!!!!!!

    I purchased a DVD for a gift for my wife from this seller through eBay. Although they said they had shipped the item, it never arrived. I found weeks later that they reposted the item on eBay at a much higher price. They finally refunded my full purchase price instead of shipping me the DVD.

    I wish they hold told me when I purchased it that they were not going to ship it. That would have given me time to buy it from someone else before my wife's birthday. I feel they were dishonorable as well ...

    I order the item over a month a go. I was then told that the item had been damaged in the post office and that they were sending a refund. Everything seemed fine, the only problem being that when i checked my bank statement the refund had not been given. Since then i have sent hundreds of emails and have not received a reply; at one point i sent an email then forwarded it to them 5 times. The customer service is equally pathetic and the website's appearance is scattered and ameteurish. I can onl ...

    I would not suggest DVD Magnet for any DVD needs or movie needs in general. I am not happy with the lack of customer service and the fact that they are simply ignoring me. They are selling items on Amazon.com and I have informed Amazon.com of their customer service. Amazon.com has assured me that they will do everything in their power to find out about my purchase, however, I am still waiting...

    They take AGES to deliver and although they are located in California, they discriminate against millions of California buyers by REFUSING to sell to them. What sort of IDIOTS would refuse to sell to millions of potential customers?

    Got ten movies from dvdmagnet.com. They all came in one box packaged with bubble stuff. All are good movies and at the price! This is the cheapest dvd site online.

    I ordered four movies from http://dvdmagnet.com/, they were in my mail box within a week of ordering. Good service but even better prices. I would say the cheapest online that I have seen for new dvds.

    I buy all my movies from www.dvdmagnet.com since they are the cheapest.

    I just bought Beautiful Mind from them for $8.20 that is cheaper then any I have found new or used.


    On the one occasion I had a DVD that didn't play. They sent me out another copy that arrived in a few days. They also offered me a choice of replacment or refund. Nice touch!
