Good Points: Great wait staff, fantastic service at table for dinner, cabin girl wonderful.
Bad Points: Lost a port without notice, our port fees were kept. Sailed through a storm, all but 20 people sick, no first aid on board, ship going so slow it was waisting time, people locked out of restaurant, rude staff, appalling smell in cabin, lack of entertainment, no tea, coffee, or water after certain hours unless having to pay huge prices, chairs breaking, poorly organised shore excursions and expensive, threatening to hold onto our passports, lack of english speaking staff especially at reception, extremely disappointing cruise, will never recommend it to anybody.
General comments: Our cruise on M.V. Arion was a disaster, we have written to the company and have been ignored, we have written to our travel agent who forwarded on an email and was ignored. never again will we deal with this company and will discourage others we know from using them as well. I thought I was going to die on this cruise and since coming home have suffered post traumatic stress. Never never again. This company is a disgrace. The Arion may be a cheap cruise but this does not entitle them to give us sub standard service or facilities. Our toilet stunk of raw sewerage making us both ill.
