Good Points: Helpful and courteous staff, stand behind their products

Bad Points: No written installation instructions (but excellent phone support)

General comments: I ordered an octagonal window from Nu Englander Octagonal Windows and received it within the specified timeframe. The window arrived in good condition and was well protected by the packaging. There were no installation instructions included so I phoned to request a copy. No instructions were available but the owner walked me through the installation process step-by-step over the phone. Unfortunately, when I went to install the window several months later, I opened the package containing the optional 9-lite wood grid (decorative) and found one of the pieces was broken. Phoned to request a replacement and it was delivered quickly, free of charge and with no hassles.
