Overall pretty happy with my experience. As I said in my previous review, their products are to a large extent charging you money in lieu of the time you might spend figuring things out for yourself - back then, it wasn't worth it to me. This time, I paid £75 odd over the government price of a visa for Australia, which got me a bank account, a contact in Australia over Whatsapp, a deal on workplace qualifications, a tax file number (tricky!), pensions advice, possibly more. For me, this was worth the time and headaches I saved. Customer service was great - got talking to knowledgable agents quickly, who then sat through 20-40 minutes of my questions depending on the occasion! With patience too. What I have learned, however, about MultiFlex passes from a friend's mistake - the pass has a time limit, but SO DOES YOUR TICKET. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS and they really, really, REALLY should. If you are going for three months, but might want to extend, you can only do so using the pass for the 'duration' of your ticket. If it's a three month ticket, no dice. ASK. BE SOLD THE RIGHT THING. They did help out my friend, but caused him stress and he lost money. They're losing a star from my review because they didn't advise me of this, I had to find out from him and almost certainly would have booked the wrong thing if I hadn't explicitly asked an agent over the phone about it. Also, for reference, the prices they can offer online and on the phone are different - check both!

We did not have the same experience as some of those below. Our agent was attentive, thorough and polite in arranging our dream trip round the world, including a GAdventures tour in the Galapagos. We've just returned after 14 flights with different airlines and it all went very smoothly with no hiccups, including a broken toe to manage. We didn't even need any paperwork, just the reference number to check in online and select seats. The hotels we booked through STA were all good, well positioned for trips and very comfortable. We particularly liked the Plaza San Francisco in Santiago which let us crash in a vacant room until ours was ready for check in. No complaints at all.

Went to STA travel to book a working holiday visa, choose to book it here as it was considerably cheaper than any price given online and £30 cheaper than trailfinders.
Also got an international student card which they did in store in less than 10 minutes.
Had to wait about 20minutes to see someone, but fortunatly i wasnt in a rush!
Will be using them again to book hostels etc.

They have fulfilled my expectations in every way.
