Good Points: Comfortable seats; excellent service
Bad Points: Nothing of note
General comments: SN Brussels is the offshoot of bankrupt Sabena, whose dismal reputation seems also to have been left behind. My flights between Manchester and Brussels were both comfortable, efficiently operated and cheap (GBP127 return inlcuding a peak-hour Friday evening return). The outward flight was 15 minutes late, but both captain and flight crew took the trouble to speak to passengers with connections and confirm that they were being held - these are the extra touches which count. Return flight 10 minutes early, so punctuality acceptable on an averaged basis! Full service is included in the economy price, even running to free alcohol if you're so minded. Cabin staff courteous, multi-lingual and highly efficient. I was very pleasantly surprised after dismal experiences with other airlines claiming to be 'full-service', but failing miserably to deliver. I would definitely use SN Brussels again.
