Good Points: I am hopeless with languages. This book was a godsend. Why didn't someone think of this approach before. It is actually a good and easy read. I found myself anxious to get back to learning more. L. Adams has accomplished more in one book than all the books and tapes I have labored over in the past. I am very grateful to him for his understanding of the need for simple conversational Spanish as opposed to the assumption that we all need to know proper grammar etc. Most of us will never be tested on the subject, - we just want to be able to converse and make ourselves understood. Bravo L. Adams.
General comments: L. Adams The Language Heretic's Super Crash Course in Spanish Review Well written. Nicely laid out. Easy to understand and follow. Concise. The author has cleverly interspersed humor and has demonstrated his sensitivity, especially to the older student, the need for a non-intimidating text.

L. Adams The Language Heretic's Super Crash Course in Spanish: I wrote this book for all the people I know who have had so much difficulty getting CONVERSATIONAL over the years in this language.
So many people study Spanish, but the vast majority of those who do NEVER actually get to the point of being able to carry on a conversation with a Spanish speaker.
What too often happens is that they spend a great deal of time on grammar and verb conjugations ad infinitum, build a limited vocabu ...

L. Adams The Language Heretic's Super Crash Course in Spanish: As a busy person who needed to learn quickly, this book was a dream come true. I've tried other courses in the past three years, since moving to Spain, but I never got anywhere.
This book changed my life and was a perfect solution to my struggles with Spanish, because the author has tricks for remembering the essentials and revelations for learning ONLY what you NEED to know what is practical. There's none of the typical language ...
