    Despite reading some of the other reviews I went ahead & purchased two sets of Joseph Haley drawers from Just Click Beds after being let down by another company that I ordered the same items through. Prior to placing my order I telephoned to enquire if the items were in stock. This was confirmed & delivery advised in 7/10 days. I have to say that I found the person that I spoke to very polite & not at all abrupt as some other people have commented. The price of these items was by far the best that I have seen & I received delivery of the items 17 days after placing my order. The goods were delivered directly by the manufaturer ( Joseph International) & my daughter is delighted by her new furniture. I admit that the website is maybe a little basic but I have not had any problem in contacting the company & my e-mail chasing delivery was reponded to very promptly.

    Rang Just Click Beds to order a well publicized mattress and pillows,( 600 pounds worth) told it was not readily in stock, advised of an equivalent product in stock, accepted that advice and can honestly say I am absolutely delighted with the alternative, delivered to the Highlands of Scotland amazingly quickly, kept fully briefed on logistics, found sales staff a most helpful individual, I did inquire about some furniture, and was left with no illusions about extended delivery times.     Telephoned to enquire about a cabin bed, was advised delivery would be 3-5 weeks. Placed the order online. I had a phone call a few days later, the sales person (the only one i have ever had any contact with...so much for sales team!!) got me completely mixed up with another customer, couldn't locate my paperwork...not a good start. 3 weeks later i decided to chase our order...was told by the same guy that the goods were delayed because they gave them the wrong colour.     They didn't put the order through. we had to ring back several times to get the order processed. When we chased up the manufacturer we where told they had been waiting a month for justclickbeds.com and i had to deal with the silent night direct. One of the worst companies I have dealt with and I am quite a patient person!

    I ordered a bed frame from them 12 weeks ago and have still not received it. Every time I phone they have lost the paperwork. Had no problems debiting my account immediately though. Would not use again and would not recommend.

    I ordered a bed and chest of draws from Just Click Beds in August and was told that they would be delivered by mid to late September. When I rung at the end of September I was told the beds were in the country waiting to go to the warehouse and that they would be at the warehouse on 8th October for delivery the week commencing 13th October.     After reading this review page it was with some trepidation that I phoned an order through to Just Click Beds.
    The order was confirmed by Justclickbeds and I have to say that apart from a rather rushed salesman taking the order, my £500 mattress, was delivered, as promised, within 2 working days (it was a stock item).

    We had to wait over 4 months for beds which were supposed to be delivered after 6 weeks.

    Orders were incorrect when received, delivery didn't arrive when promised. All in all I found this to be a disappointing experience.

    Disappointed with customer service and staff. I was quoted a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, it took over 4 months for my bed to be delivered and in that time there were a whole host of problems. Not worth saving a few pennies over.

    I feel the service received from www.justclickbeds.com was of the poorest quality. The member of staff I spoke to seemed very abrupt on the phone. STAY WELL CLEAR. Had to ring repeatedly to have problem solved - each time I was promised a call back but I didn't receive one. Finally cancelled order and had to wait over 2 months for refund.

    Still waiting for delivery of bed after 12 weeks, original time 4-6 weeks. No contact made, haulage company blamed for not ringing me. I purchase many items over the internet, never had as much trouble as this.

    Justclickbeds were really lovely when i first contacted them to get a bed for my son.When I got the bed and there was a problem with the delivery I contacted them and was told they would get back to me, they didn't!!! When I chased them up I was told that they had sent an email to the supplier and the phone was put down on me. No apologizing for not getting back to me or goodbye. I think they are rude and would never use them ever again or recommend them to anyone.

    Ordered and paid for a king size selkirk bedstead promising next day delivery - eventually phoned the sales team to enquire about the delivery and told that this was not available for next day as advertised. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Refund promised but still waiting - have raised a dispute with Paypal to resolve this. STAY WELL CLEAR

    The customer service at Just Click Beds is very poor. My item was ordered on 14th March 2007. Delivery 4 - 7 weeks. It took 13 weeks to arrive, and every time I telephoned the service centre to enquire about the whereabouts of the sofa bed, I was always promised a call back, but they never did. I was even given a delivery time on 2 occasions, which never materialised. Excuses for non delivery were always laid at the manufacturers door.     After reading the other reviews, I decided the best thing to do was confirm my order with both Just Click Beds and Silentnight (the manufacturer) as soon as I noticed the money had left my account. I called Just Click Beds, and I was a little concerned when they could not find my order straight away.     Although my sofabed was several weeks late, I saved over £200 on retail prices using this service. I believe the wait may have been down to the manufacturer rather than JustClickBeds (who knows?), and JustClickBeds did answer my queries when I phoned. I would have liked them to have been a bit more proactive (ie phoned me to tell me that the item was late rather than me having to phone them), but saving nearly 30% of the retail price meant I was prepared to put up with this.
