“Telford Store ”

I purchased a few goods from the Telford Store and the colleague there who served me was very polite and I feel she deserves recognition. She smile politely and was very polite in her conversation at the checkout . And wished me a good evening .

“Rude Staff”

Went into one of my local stores to return a couple of items, the items were edible and not refundable (which I had simply forgotten) The staff at the till informed me of this and, I took my items and left but as I walked out I could hear the staff mocking and laughing at me. I'm not usually the type to complain or care, but I had had a very bad week mentally and was very upset by the staff's behaviour, never going back.
