I’ve just had a 2 year review of my Phonak hearing aids and I have to say I am delighted with the after sales customer care. I did not expect a full hearing test and a software update, resulting in an accurate update of my programs. Moreover, the hearing care specialist took a lot of time and trouble to get things just right. I felt welcome and unhurried. Great service, thanks!

I would like to thank both for their empathy and understanding during an eye test and then dispensing of new specs Diversity is not easy for some people, yet both had an inbuilt understanding of need, something that is not taught but comes from within Because of the understanding of the situation, rewarded by a smile, the experience was not stressful and the outcome the best possible. Time was given and not being rushed supported the person, and this will be remembered for future visits. It is nice to be able to say thank you,

Visited store in Basildon retail park (Mayflower) to buy early Xmas gifts. Sales Assistant was great & even made sure the 3 x perfumes I bought gave me the available points on Boot App!

I visited Boots in Southgate Bath, and met the lady on the Estée Lauder counter. As I am approaching 50 I wanted a new skin regime, and make up advice. She was so kind and genuine, and did a make over with me, with amazing results. I bought some fantastic products for my skin and some very flattering make up. She gave me lots of helpful advice and tips, and was a genuinely lovely person. I would highly recommend going to see her if your old regime is growing tired and you want a new regime for your skin and make up! Thankyou!! :)

I went to Talbot Green Boots last Saturday to buy No7 products for myself. I had a voucher, but she told me, she knows a better deal. So I saved £35, I bought a lipstick and a foundation so I had £10 off, also she gave me a No7 eye shadow palette too. What a bargain. Thank you so much, you made my day. Thank you

I went to Boots Silverlink a couple of weeks ago to purchase a leaving gift for my Manager at work. She was a great help, she showed me the best deals, beautifully wrapped and gift boxed all the Coco Madmoiselle presents. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, an absolute star. I visited your Uxbridge Store on Friday as I needed to buy some day cream and other No7 cosmetics. I was approached by a friendly member of staff [R**y]. I shared my daily skincare routine with her and told her the products I came in to purchase. She then asked if I had some time so that she could show me the correct products for my mature skin. After selecting Serum, Foundation and a Lip Pencil I thanked her for her time and for sharing the correct skincare routine for my skin. As I left the store I commented to my son that I was absolutely chuffed with my purchases and the 'the icing on the cake' was £10 voucher off and a free gift with my purchases.

I was shopping at Cyfartha retail park on Sat Feb 4th at approximately 10:30am, I needed to buy some products from Boots. I was served at the till by an agent, what a great customer service experience. Her friendliness certainly helped to brighten my day. Boots should use her as an example of how customer service should be delivered, every store needs such representatives.

I would like to say what an excellent employee from your Mold, Flintshire store, I went in store last week with inflamed athritus in my left hand and fingers, i had read about turmeric oil and had been to holland and barrett only to be told it was out of stock, i went to boots and She was so helpful, she went looking on the shop floor with me, then went on the computer and spoke to the in store pharmasist with a list of my medication that im on, she went above and beyond her role to help me out and give me advice, i was so impressed with her all round service and customer care that i felt i had to write in and give her credit, she is an asset to your company. many thanks.

Customer services and Swansea quadrant duty manager both exceptionally helpful and asked me what I wanted as the outcome of my complaint. I attended a beauty event at the above mentioned store and had a complimentary makeover. The advisor was very knowledgeable however, she was a bit lax in sterilising her equipment and it resulted in me having an eye infection. Contacts head office who promised to investigate and get back to me by the close of business that day. That is just what they did. I explained that I did not want anyone else to experience the same issue as I had and could staff have refresher training. This was agreed by boots as a viable outcome. Following this phone call I received a phone call from the store manager who could not apologise enough. Offered for me to go in and discuss the issue raised in person and the impact on me (my eye is currently swollen shut!) I declined this. She then said they would be sending me a gift card in the post by way of an apology. This was totally unexpected but very much appreciated. Will remain a dedicated boots shopper.

“unfair reviews from others”

I am a self styled Victor Meldrew at heart and i will complain about just about anything given the chance but i find most of the negative reviews about Boots are unfair. I could of placed the review with a 4 star easily due to my prescription having an error 3 times in total, but you know what none of us are perfect it was only a very minor error, and it was easily rectified. I am talking in relation to Boots Hardwick Kings lynn pe30 4na. I dont have to give them my name anymore as 90% of them know who i am, the advice is invaluable, the staff are some of the nicest around, and one of the pharmacists helped me more than my GP ever could! I wont use names, but im sure they will work out who they are and who i am and they deserve a pat on the back for what they do. I have and do speak to staff, supervisors, pharmacists, and managers and you wont get a btter service in town. Trust me, i was at the CO OP before!

Product is Boots Soltan Beautiful Bronze self tan non tinted moisturising lotion.

I have purchased several other lotions and spray on tans and have been to salons for professional sprays...this is the very best self tan lotion I have ever used.

I actually purchased it on a buy one get one free offer believing that it would be adequate if not at least I wouldn't have wasted too much money. But I was proved wrong and am delighted with the product
