    Product is Boots Soltan Beautiful Bronze self tan non tinted moisturising lotion.I have purchased several other lotions and spray on tans and have been to salons for professional sprays...this is the very best self tan lotion I have ever used.I actually purchased it on a buy one get one free offer believing that it would be adequate if not at least I wouldn't have wasted too much money. But I was proved wrong and am delighted with the product

    I cancelled an order but was still showing in my account on the website. Called their helpline and spoke to one of their agents who confirmed the cancel button doesn't work and it has been broken like this for some time. The first person I spoke to said the order could not be cancelled even manually. I upped the anti and demanded to speak to somebody senior who was magically able to do what I wanted.

    When I ordered something of boots.com I had to give loads of personal details - some of them twice like my telephone number which is asked for in two places - some of them irrelevant like my birth date. If you navigate back you lose your order. If you search you can't find where you are and you have irritating introductory pages to each brand that got me no-where. Worst of all, when I tried to pay they did some bank verification that didn't work and they lost my order, eventually after a long w ...

    I have ordered a washing machine from Boots and found it easy to do. The website is easy on the eye with not too much clutter. Payment was quick and so was the acknowledgement of the order.
