“Bad service”

Terrible service! After waiting an age for my delivery, I emailed them twice, constantly tried ringing them with,all with no luck. Finally my order has arrived and both boxes completely wrecked!! The broken items cannot be replaced as they are now out of stock! I have had major surgery and am reliant on the internet for all my christmas presents. “Order cancelled”

Ordered something which appeared to be in stock, got emails to confirm I had passed their checks, and had a hold put on my account for the total. Got an email three days later saying the order was cancelled since I didn't pass their review process. I've seen this happen to a lot of other people so I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping with them online again. “Cancelled orders with no explanation ”

As Boots had an offer on of £10 off when you spend £80 I did a large proportion of my xmas shopping but split over 3 orders to maximise the discounts I could get. About 15 hours later I got a series of emails telling me that each order had been cancelled. However, when I checked my bank balance despite not actually removing the funds from my account they were still holding the amount so it was unavailable to me. “Never again”

Staff ignored us waiting at till while one assistant served a customer, lots of staff standing around at the one service till, avoiding eye contact - not once did an assistant say , "Sorry to keep you waiting." Shelf stacker the most helpful where asked where a product was located . The senior staff not at all customer friendly. Items shelved in a confusing manner not where sign posted. Shocking service....Ordered on line for next day delivery and called local store to be promised a call back which I didn't get!!....online customer service helpful and told me to check later in the day....called into the store with just one customer the assistants were rude and unhelpful....the pharmacist was dealing with me and although he was pleasant I was kept waiting 20 minutes...still not got the order so I would never use the online next day delivery as its just not true and they don't deliver next day!!

I would never shop in my local branch Newton le Willows ever again...miserable assistants and totally disorganized!!!

“Head office do not care!!”

I went into Colchester, Essex Boots. I was waiting to be served at the till whilst the colleagues were 'chatting' no one called me over so i went over my self with no hello! the lady took my purchase with out saying how much i owed. it wasn't till i left the till that she said thank you quietly! very bad customer service. I placed an online order and it never turned up. When I contacted Boots, they shift the blame onto Royal Mail and expect the customer to go knocking on people's doors to try and find it! I purchased a Samsung large american style fridge / freezer, Cira £1,000+. The item was delivered scratched, I informed the delivery guys who where most helpful. They took a photograph of the damage and said I would get a phone call to resolve. No phone call after two weeks. Just a update... I rang boots again, got told customer service would call me back....once again they do not call just fob me off with their incompetent supplier....who then tells me they will do exactly the same as they did before. Just emailed Chairman of Boots..I'll let you know if he is bothered!

“customer service on Ojon counter”

I was greeted by the lady working on the Ojon counter, who was very friendly and informative about the product. She advised me on how good it would be for damaged hair. I have seen the product before advertised in black hair care magazines, the only thing that would puts me off is the price at a cost of around £40 £50 p/m it's a lot. “Shoddy packaging for an expensive personalised item”

All my order was canceled by boots.com, and they can't tell you why. I admit I ordered a lot in the past, but I would like a proper reason for them to say it to me, so then I don't need to waste any time to order online again and again. I think they have a black list, I am on it because of big orders, or maybe I am always taking deals so they don't make any money from me.
