“Awfull Customer Service!”

I went into Colchester, Essex Boots. I was waiting to be served at the till whilst the colleagues were 'chatting' no one called me over so i went over my self with no hello! the lady took my purchase with out saying how much i owed. it wasn't till i left the till that she said thank you quietly! very bad customer service. I placed an online order and it never turned up. When I contacted Boots, they shift the blame onto Royal Mail and expect the customer to go knocking on people's doors to try and find it! I purchased a Samsung large american style fridge / freezer, Cira £1,000+. The item was delivered scratched, I informed the delivery guys who where most helpful. They took a photograph of the damage and said I would get a phone call to resolve. No phone call after two weeks. Just a update... I rang boots again, got told customer service would call me back....once again they do not call just fob me off with their incompetent supplier....who then tells me they will do exactly the same as they did before. Just emailed Chairman of Boots..I'll let you know if he is bothered!

“customer service on Ojon counter”

I was greeted by the lady working on the Ojon counter, who was very friendly and informative about the product. She advised me on how good it would be for damaged hair. I have seen the product before advertised in black hair care magazines, the only thing that would puts me off is the price at a cost of around £40 £50 p/m it's a lot. I also encountered this as well. This is the worst customer service I received in this country. I really don't understand why they would damage their business this way.

“Shoddy packaging for an expensive personalised item”

Ordered a personalised bauble for baby girls 1st xmas, obviously bought to keep and put away until shes older. Bauble itself was nice enough, but the package had me frowning...came in a polystyrene box with a bit of sellotape wrapped around. “cancelled all my orders without any reason”

All my order was canceled by boots.com, and they can't tell you why. I admit I ordered a lot in the past, but I would like a proper reason for them to say it to me, so then I don't need to waste any time to order online again and again. I think they have a black list, I am on it because of big orders, or maybe I am always taking deals so they don't make any money from me. “NEVER AGAIN!!!”

Ordered a baby bumbo online. Payed using pay pall. Boots took two payments from my account!! When I questioned them about it they refused to take any responsibility saying that it was the banks fault and the money was pending in my account. I had only recieved one confirmation email, one delivery so I new I didn't order 2!! “Delivery awful”

Ordered baby milk online...it's cow and gate reflux milk so have to buy from boots as its unavailable everywhere else in my area. Paid for next day delivery, the delivery charge was less than what my bus fare would have been if I were to collect from a store. The milk hasn't turned up, the parcel is being held it says by DPD even though I've waited in all day for it. I wanted to buy an aftershave for my brother. Fussy as he is, I thought I'd read up on the customer comments regarding the products. There are stars next to the fragrances with a number in brackets, when I clicked on any of them there was no information in the customer review box. Where are these reviews? “waste of time and money!”

ordered online, parcel never arrived even if I kept getting texts saying is dispatched. Checked online, my parcel was damaged, spent money to call them, different agents told me different things. She is completely useless! After 1 week I still did not have my refund in my account and still got text messages saying my parcel was on its way.
