There are no good points to this company that I have experienced.
Took my money but as far as I am concerned I have not yet received any service, you will be lucky if you ever get a reply from these people. I have still not yet received any service and I cant seem to contact the www.irwebonline.com yet. Do not recommend Mobiles Spares 'n Repairs.

I ordered an unlock code for a Moto Slvr l7e and paid £19.99. I received a confirmation email and nothing after that. Trading Standards are now interested. If you have experienced the same type of service you can contact them on 0845 603 0081. I have also written Mobiles Spares n Repairs asking for a full refund under the 'Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000' otherwise I will take the case to a small claims court. Ordered a phone unlock code and cable on 7th May 2007. Despite constant emails and trying to phone I have still heard nothing and when I try to ring the published number, I find that it is not recognised any more. Is this company still trading? (read more)

I have ordered a code to unlock my Motorola phone and the money was taken from my card but the code did not arrive - I only received some "order confirmation number" - I emailed them 5 times and they have not responded.
I am going to report them to the Internet fraud prevention authorities , and I advise everyone who has been treated as I was to do the same, to have them removed from the online business.

I ordered a data cable from Mobile Spares 'n' Repairs 4 weeks ago, and it has still not arrived. I have rung them every day for the last 3 weeks and they do not answer. They also do not answer their emails. I have now had to take the matter further, and go via the legal route to get my money back. (read more)

I placed an order with Mobile Spares 'n' Repairs on February 9th 2006. Today it is March 1st 2006, and I have still not received my order. On the website it states that international deliveries will take 2 - 14 working days. If this is correct, is it the 3 days a week he/she is working or regular business days?!?! I ordered a dual Sim card adapter which could be slipped into a regular letter and mailed, and I receive regular mail from Japan all of the time, and it takes no more then 7... (read more)

I paid for an order code for a Toshiba on 28/1/06 from Mobiles Spares 'n' Repairs. I have still received nothing, yet the money has been debited. Phone calls go unanswered, as do emails. I have had to report it to trading standards. (read more)

I ordered an unlocking clip for a D500 from Mobile Spares'n Repairs, since it was cheaper delivery than FoneFunShop. He was local, and I needed it quickly. The site said all items in stock and first class delivery. It took a week.
They ignore mail, and never answer the phone. A trip to the premises reveals they only works 3 days a week in some unsigned place above an engineering firm.
When the item arrived it unlocked the phone only until it was switched off and on, then it was locked...

I purchased goods from this website www.irwebonline.com and they have taken my money yet I have recieved no goods more than 21 days after purchase. Regrettably I failed to print off any confirmation order and old mail has been dumped. I have had no response from their emails, they are not traceable via directory enquiries or prelim. legit networks at present. (read more)

Yes, they deliver late, clips don't work and they don't refund. Operate out of a unit 3 days a week and never answer the phone or email. AVOID

Their web site (http://www.irwebonline.com) stated a code within 24 hours. 5 days later I was given a code that did not work. 1 month later they said that they would give me my money back via a cheque. I did not receive this. After numerous emails they stalled asking me again how I paid, and then say they would send a cheque again, but this never happened.
USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!!!!!!

I have had the same experience with this company. Although they did send me the software and unlock clip. It was useless, there were no instructions and it did not work. I have tried e-mailing and phoning them to no avail.
