bought a fridge, it arrived next day at cost and told don't plug it in for an hour-delivery man went to plug it in and said wouldn't so we don't turn it on. It was a 2pin Europe plug no wonder he didn't plug it in.... helpline useless. 4days later it's still here can't be used and replacement with correct 3pin uk not arrived. “Don't buy appliances from this company”

We had our fridge break recently and debated going to either john lewis or currys to replace it. The price range at currys seemed better so we decided to go with them. Bit of a mistake. The delivery we were told would happen within a couple if days. It was late by 3 days. Any other appliance would be ok. But a fridge missing with a toddler also. Nightmare. I have the same issue. Always had their extended insurance but until now never needed to claim. My wife dropped our tablet outside and the screen broke. Have paid the insurance by DD since purchase 18 months ago. Called their careline and they said 'yes it's covered, take it to nearest Currys/PC world and they will send it to us, if it cannot be fixed it will be replaced'.
Had a call from Currys 10 days later to say it could not be fixed and would not be replaced as they believe it was caused by 'neglect''.
I thought this was accident insurance and maybe 90% of accidents are neglect in some form.
Knowhow even quote ' We do not expect you to wrap you tablet in cotten wool. If it suffers a misshap, we will repair or replace'
Will never use Currys for anything anymore. Their insurance is not worth the paper it is written on.

“knowhow delivery driver agressive and patronising. ”

Aggressive driver did not want to remove packaging. He argued with me when I insisted he remove packaging and he threatened to take away products after I told him to leave my house. “Driver with attitude....”

Unbelievable. They say that employees are really ambassadors of the organisation that they work for. I have just recently purchased a washing machine from curry's and the confirmation would be it would be delivered at some point today (Monday). A nice early text arrived from Knowhow and the driver phoned 30 minutes before arrival. Used laptop sold as new! Hi, where do I begin? We were sold a laptop that was "new". When purchasing, I remarked on the fact the seal had been broken on the box. I was informed by staff at the Derby store, that this was down to they were about to do a pre-set up, but had yet to do it. “Worst customer service”

I ordered a washing machine paid in full for delivery 7 days later.on day for delivery I rang curry after waiting 9hours for my appliance to be told it has been delivered to to another address and signed for.  There customer service was absolutely pants.. “Curry´s run out of Flavour”

The website is awful, the customer service the really bad, the so called free delivery offered on the awful website was 20 pounds and 99 pence, that was real sad. I for one will not be going back for more, that is for sure. I will go and shop till I drop to a store that deliveries when they say free they mean free. Even if they charge a small removal fee. “Awful, awful, awful. Never again.”

How and why do they manage to get it so wrong? Our fridge freezer was delivered with huge, deep dent in the front. Whoever dropped it must have known they'd damaged it (obvious from the packaging), and yet they carried on and brought it to us. They insisted on leaving it with us, said we could get a new door for it - no thanks, I just want you to deliver a fridge freezer in good condition like we ordered. ordered a TV - delivery team didnt call at the time or date agreed - offered a variety of excusesby customer services and i use the word loosly, that seem to boil down to they didnt want to stop.
