Had to pick up a JVC Television from Currys on Father Christmas advice, went Wrong last week, only to be told couldn't be fixed as dropped!!!!!!!!! Well I can assure you the Televison Was Not Dropped , how do I Know the Television was not dropped in Transet!!!!!!!!! Would never buy Any think !!!!! Went to our local currys store found a lovely fridge freezer paid for it knowhow were supposed to contact us to arrange delivery but didn't so I had to spend over an hour on the phone attempting to arrange delivery only to be told I needed to call back next day. Waited in all day no delivery and time delivery slot is a lie. Received text to say delivery will come next day indian delivery man turned up and said you move these recycle boxes so I did. Spoke to a Curry's representative on Friday afternoon to obtain the 'price match' that they boast about on their web site for a Bosch microwave that I wished to purchase. He said a member of their sales team would 'phone me soon to trigger this and take my order. A full 24 hours later I've still not heard from anybody and have just ordered from another company. “Wrong goods delivered ”

Ordered 2 pairs of earphones online from Currys and had them delivered to a local collection point,instead of receiving what had been ordered I received a computer hard drive and a memory stick. This is now the second time I have ordered from curry's in three months, first an induction hob, they delivered but the guys did not have the skills to install even though I had paid for it, then they told me someone would come out the next day and they did not, ended up cancelling and buying off John Lewis..... “Very Bad Customer Service and not refunding after 1 month”

i have purchased an item on 23 Jan, cancelled it immediately, Ideally you would expect a refund within 3 to 5 working days. I waited for 10 days and called up again, only to be told am wasting customer care executive's time and a rude response. “Curry's Knowhow Team Damaged my worktop, then blamed me”

In the store the salesman tried to tell us the model of freezer we wanted wasn't available, when I could see it quite clearly on his screen! He was obviously trying to upsell to us, as the model we wanted was at a really good price. Eventually we managed to purchase the right freezer. We paid an additional £19.99 for a known delivery slot. The driver rang & said he would be there in 15-30 minutes. 40 minutes later I rang & was told it would be another 20 minutes. “What a rip off ”

Went in to the Grimsby store a few weeks ago to see if they could take a look at my laptop after spilling a drink on it. Wanted £60 to send it away for it to take two weeks for it to be looked at. If can't be repaired then would cost £150 for data to be retrieved from hard drive. Took it to local independent specialist. £30 to diagnose it wasn't working anymore and then took it in again when I had my new computer and they transferred all data off old hard drive to new laptop....for free!!!!… Read Full Review

JVC 42" TV LT-42C550 failed within 2 months of purchase. Curry's would not replace and did not offer refund, only offered to repair within 8 days leaving us without a working television. Customer service was appalling to get through to and I was on hold for 25 minutes. Once someone finally answered they were unhelpful, rude and very defensive of how they were handling our case. Made the ultimate mistake of actually wanting to buy something from this company. The item wasnt in stock.. customer service tried to get us to buy alternative but wasn't suitable. “Absolutely chaotic!”

Poor, shoddy workmanship from 'Know How' resulting in a flooded kitchen/failure to fit appliances or meet promises of fitting/recycling, trying to leave me with an unfitted fridge/freezer in middle of kitchen floor, blocking the door. Visited Currys store at Barnsley on Thursday 25/8/2016 to buy a portable radio. My wife and I saw one we liked. We did not know how to work it so sought an assistant. Three nearby chatting but ignoring us. I asked one to assist us. He came but clearly knew no more than us. He eventually got it working but reception was very poor.
