    Would not bother going again and certainly did not feel it was value for money. Room nice and fit ball class entertaining.
    Badly in need of updating. Very busy and although staff very pleasant treatments took place in scruffy rooms with nowhere nice to relax afterwards. All felt a bit like a spoof spa!

    I think if you went to Springs with a big group of friends and got acheap deal you would probably have a great time but for couples or singles it is less than ideal and proved very expensive too.

    All in all, I spent a good relaxing day at Springs Hydro and would certainly recommend it to friends - I might even save up and come again myself!!

    Springs Health Hydro is very good value for money.
    The buildings are modern and well looked after, there isn't much of a ground area but there is a garden to relax in.
    Treatment areas are very clean and well equipped.
    Staff are extremely friendly and give excellent advice.
    You immediately feel relaxed upon entereing.
    Food is both very appetising and nourishing - not a punishing health farm experience.
