Good Points: excellent, service from head office
General comments: Found the store staff in Chester branch not very helpful, when I needed to buy second beanbag, {not in stock} at store, did not try to locate one elsewhere.
Phoned head office, after going online, my second beanbag delivered to Chester branch within 3 days FANTASTIC!

Overall the Staff in store seemed very dis pleased with there employer and didnt really have a good word to say about there workroom and management. I would not recommend them to any one as I waited for over 9 months for the job to be completed and I did not recieve any apology from there Head Office. Very Very Poor. But I will be getting the number of the fitter as he certainly made the curtains look nice.

Purchased ready made curtains and had them altered. Discovered curtains faulty, after having to relate Consumer Law to the assistant manager eventually they agreed to replace but replacement got damaged in transit! I had to fight tooth and nail for my entitled full refund, and ALL e mails to customer services/customer services manager and CEO have gone unanswered. Purchase large items at this store at your own risk!

I shop at Dunelm Mill quite regularly with my family. We have got some great bargains in our house at the moment. The Sale at Dunhelm Mill is especially good, but then really where is a sale not a good thing? I also went on their website recently, it's www.dunhelm-mill.co.uk or www.dunelm-mill.co.uk - they both work I think. The only bad point really, is that although most things are priced reasonably, some items (usually the ones we like) are disproportionally priced. But I still recommend you ...

If you're looking for something for your home, Dunelm Mill is definitely worth a look. I've had the custom made service and not had any problems with it. The Trafford shop is probably the biggest of the ones I know of - there's one in Stockport and one in Rochdale, and I think one in Bury too. They sell just about everything for the home and then some, and the people seem very friendly too. I am a fan of Dunhelm Mill. Thankfully for me I visited the Bradford store first, and I was immediately surprised at the choice and value for money.

Have had two separate orders. The first was on a 6 week delay and it took 10 weeks! The second was quoted as 8 weeks, and it took 11 weeks, and all the curtains were too short. The store were fed up with complaints like this (they seem to get them all the time), and they couldn't advise how long I would have to wait if I sent them back and waited again. Dunhelm Mill is a quality yet not too expensive home furnishings superstore. Apparently there are about 70 of them in the UK which is good for all of us. It's the first place I go to buy new bits of furniture. I highly recommened it to everyone.
