After reading plenty of negative reviews about Rockley Park we arrived feeling very sceptical of what we were about to face! The caravan was clean and I have not a bad word to say about it or the park itself! the electrical box filled up with rain and cut the electric off and before we returned from reporting it the maintenance guy was there fixing it. The only downside I would say is that even though you pay for the fun passes, you have to pay extra for the trampolines, crazy golf, bouncy castle etc - milking everything possible from the parents!
Beautiful area and surrounding beaches (not the "Beach" on the park as it is virtually mud!). Wouldn't mind returning but only if we can book some guaranteed sunshine!!!

Great location, terrific standard of caravans, lots to do and visit in the area and on site, beautiful views of the harbour from where we were staying. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

We cut short our holiday at Rockley park we travelled by train so no car, we did not know there were only 3 buses a day so we were stranded unless we paid £9 into Poole and £9 back. There was not a lot going on for adults in the day time at the park. Be warned if you do not have a car, it could be expensive. We travelled the 1st september 2008

We stayed for a week this August at Rockley Park - Myself, husband and two teenage boys. Very little to do on site apart from visit clubhouse and amusements. Bar very expensive and take away food very poor and expensive. The pictures in the Haven brochure bear little resemblence to the beach, which is really just an estuary.

If you have a touring caravan do not go to this park. I am 35yrs old with a wife, 5yr, 3yr, 18 month old baby.
    1. Trains which come by every hour.
    2. The pitches are as close as regulations allow.
    3. Cars drive above the speed limit
    4. The beach is not as the pictures on the website, it is more like an estuary with mud & stones not sand.
    The good bits however
    1. The swimming pools are clean and warm.
    2. Entertainment is good for young chidren.
If the weather is bad, good luck as the arcade is t ...

I have been here with my family on 4 occasions and have really enjoyed each stay. We have stayed in a Gold caravan and also have camped in a campervan. The caravan was really clean and we felt camping facilities were excellent too.

The touring area for caravans was OK at Rockley Park Haven Holiday Park. Although there is only one toilet/shower block, with 5 showers for men and 5 for women, and only two washing up sinks. Depending upon what time of day you want a shower, you had to queue, and the showers could be cold. On their web site they say there are family changing rooms, but there are none in the touring shower blocks. The only family changing rooms I found were in the swimming pool.

As you drive into the park it ...
