we went as a group hoilday on the 28th september for a week. the worst hoilday ever. The staff were rude and the entertainment was embrassingly lame. one of the entertainers was very rude. I didnt approve of the kids section being followed by an adult game. The kids entertainment was crap. The shop was expensive however the lady was really polite. all of the 8 caravans were dirty and some were missing sheets which you had to fit yourself. One caravan had fags and empty yogurt pots. appartnly they just dont care at the end of season which is a terrible attitude. and they think that there site is a 5 star over my dead body i will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

I have been to Church Farm for the last 4 years, with children of now 2 & 4 it is ideal. Lovely walks nearby (beach and nature reserve) and the complex is great. Restaurant is fairly pricey but a Tesco express is nearby and the homes have good utilities, so cook if money is tight. Not as cheesy as Butlins and relaxing as a result. Highly recommend.

After experience of holiday at Haven's Church Farm site I will never use Haven again.

To save on packing we chose a Superior Plus van, this gave us made up beds on arrival, but they weren't, the bedding was just left on the beds we made them up ourselves.

Reception staff gave us no guidence on arrival. Simply told us where to find our van. They didn't even manage to tell us we needed to use cards to access the entertainment area.

The van was not clean, food debri in drawers and cupboards, c ...

I stayed at church farm, haven, for a four day stay on the 29th of June 2009, in a superior caravan, on old nine, no 115, out of peak season. As soon as you enter the park, you can see the convenience store, funworks, and hire shop! Gopod selection of choice in shop, didnt see any shows, too busy out in the day at the beach and site seeing around portsmouth and even the isle of wight! Hire shop is each bike £5 per hour, or you can rent one out for the day. Caravans easy to find, good acces ...

Haven Holidays, Church Farm is an extremely well kept site. In an excellent location if you want a quiet holiday. Nearby Selsey and Bognor Regis have much nicer beaches if you are taking children.

We did find the security staff rather abrupt and also the people hiring out the bikes were rude when dealing with teenagers. The shop is very small and cramped, only one till open and no room the que. The prices are very high and quite often the shelf price is not the same as the price on the ti ...

Just back from a pleasant 4 night stay at Church Farm Haven. This is the 3rd Haven site we have visited in a year and as usual, found a bargain break on their website.
Pagham (where the camp is situated) is a very quiet and picturesque village, although there is not much to do apart from a few nice pubs and a decent chippie and curry house! There is a Tescos and cash point in the village so it was no problem stocking up on essentials!
We went out of season and most of the caravans were empty, wh ...

Family entertainment and the pool was really good. The caravan was dirty and dust and dirt under the tables and on shelves. Very disappointed will not bother going again!!! Check your caravan is clean and if not get something done about it ASAP!!!

I stayed here with my husband and two children aged 3 and 5 on a Friday to Monday in October 2007 (Halloween weekend).

When we arrived the park looked nice, the entertainment venue is quite small but was okay. Our caravan was in a nice place and looked better than I?d expected, however it hadn't been cleaned, it was filthy. There was half a loaf of bread in the fridge and a piece of eaten bacon on the sofa. We found a dummy under the double bed, and also a child?s beaker under the bed in ...

July 2005 and looking to spend a few days at Haven: Church Farm Holiday Village, Pagham, so checked availability online and was surprised at the fantastic last minute discounts that were made... Great package... All included full passes to entertainments and only an hour and a half drive away from home. There was a slight complication with the online booking process as their computer had a problem sending me the confirmation email. You need to allow at least two or three hours to receive this co ...
