Eight of us had Superior Plus caravan Friday to Monday in October. Cannot fault the customer service and contact before our visit, even enabling us to check in as soon as we arrived (midday) as we were going to a wedding and had to leave at 1pm.
All beds were made up, our caravan was very comfortable and clean.
Only one problem was we only had 5 pillows between the eight of us, but was quickly put right next day after visiting Reception. We were asked how many more we wanted and they were quickly delivered.
Having read the reviews, which gave a bad impression of the site, we were surprised to find the site was very well looked after and clean. Perhaps in high season the volume of people using it would make a difference.
We found the staff helpful and friendly, especially the chap at the golf course and the reception staff were happy to provide a large jug for a bouquet of flowers we had.
Beds were very comfortable and clean. Some basic kitchen utensils/crockery was missing, but we managed. The launderette was very sad and tired - definitely needs a facelift. The shop was very well stocked, even though it was late season. The indoor swimming pool was very clean, as were the changing rooms and toilets. We had a great time in the pool.
It was excellent value, as we got a half price deal, which meant we only paid £114 for the 8 of us Friday to Monday.
Would recommend this site. It is one of the biggest we have been to and seemed to offer lots of activities. Even golf and fishing. Lovely views from many of the caravans over the Thames Estuary and Southend, especially at night.

Nice comfortable caravan (superior), lifeguards do not adhere to rules of the complex and pool, rubbish bins overflowing and some staff rude and dis-interested, and "doorstaff" consuming alcohol whilst on duty!
Outside pool murky with rubbish (clumps of hair and tissue on the bottom)Booked as a last minute four day break but wanted to come home after two.
Certainly wouldnt recommend Haven Holidays, Allhallows to anyone!!!- Read Guest's review (67 words)

We have just returned from Allhallows. After reading some the reviews prior to our trip we were a little worried. We needn't have been. Yes the club was small for the amount of people and the loos were untidy (due to unclean holiday makers) which was quickly rectified once we brought it to the attention of staff, but the caravan was nice, clean and the bedding in our caravan was new. The kids enjoyed the pool and crazy golf, they had their own bikes and were safe to ride around in close prox ...- Read Guest's review (109 words)

Not a great experience at all at Allhallows. The site is not well looked after, half the arcade machines don't work, food, toilets. It wasn't great at all.- Read Disappointed2's review (49 words)

Good, clean areas, friendly staff, caravan very clean although bedding looked a bit past its date, new bedding please, bradley bear my favourite, I am an oap but thought he was great, dining area very nice and food very good and lots of it, price between 3 and 5 oclock cheaper, very good idea. My one bad point is we asked for a caravan near the amenities as one of our party has had a stroke, our caravan 5 minutes walk but not when you have trouble walking it was 15 minutes for us or use wheelcha ...- Read skins8's review (125 words)

Beer cans, broken glass, rubbish & cigarettes all over the place! Sticky sweet in the pull out bed. Mosquitoes. Sticky cutlery in the grubby, dated, bare, bland caravan, and that was the PRESTIGE! It was nothing like the web site or brochures. Unhygienic, filthy, poor facilities. Surprised we did not have to pay for soap (if there had been any) in the public toilet in the bar area! Then why you try and complain, they are rude, saying "no body else has complained". I wish I had £1 for ever ...- Read Guest's review (120 words)

Very bad entertainment, site is full off contractors living in vans, when its meant to be holiday site. Very bad customer care for people who buy vans they give me no help to sell my caravans and want to give you next to nothing for them they want as much money out of you owning a van as possible and in my experience there attitude is the sooner you go the faster the next one comes. I had van on site for over 20 years and lots of people have had enough of their way of running a business and have ...- Read caravan allhallows's review (157 words)

Found the site very clean, wonderful views, fishing fresh water and sea not many places you can say that. Thought food was good prices fair beer normal price, golf 9 hole, mini golf entertainment good. Could not fault the place, we were a family of 8, 2 at 45, 4 at 23 ,1 at 2 and 1 of 3 and made use of all facilities. Bad points, could not find any, on the one occasion of our 5 visits, that we complained about our caravan they upgraded us within 1/2 hour.- Read Guest's review (79 words)

Dirty site, cigarette ends all over, staff rude and generally useless. The shows were very poor acting to scripted music, the only saving grace was the magician who was predictable, but the kids were entertained. Over priced stuff in the shop. Way overpriced merchandise, £4 for a plastic flashing light. Hardly anything to do on site. Activities were often called off or staff didn't turn up. Craft morning consisted of felt tips and paper. Wouldn't go ever again. Not value for money, and th ...- Read Tixylix's review (101 words)

I found the show bar at Allhallows too small. Not much to do for 12 to 16 year olds. I think the price of food is too high in the food court and shop. In the pool there is no slide for older children (12 to 16 years), and for me the complex is too small.- Read Guest's review (161 words)

The entertainment in the evening was brilliant and the caravan was clean. We spent a lot of money on our holiday because the site is so boring and it is to far away from everything. The pool is tiny, no slides for the children just a standard pool.- Read Guest's review (48 words)

All Hallows, Kent, is a great park, it is extremely pleasant, clean and brilliantly landscaped with the most excellent views. The overall feel here is friendly, however reps are rarely seen but easy to get hold of from the office.
This park contains a lot of things for teenagers and younger children alike. As well as providing a kids club. All Hallows is also home to a large soft play area, traditional arcades, indoor and outdoor pools, bar, fishing lake and golf course. (so this site is also g ...- Read PieDizzle's review (306 words)

Haven Holidays Allhallows is a very nice and pleasant site, staff helpful, but indoor heated swimming pool tends to be too cold. Outdoor pool not open for long enough, and lifeguard lunch breaks not staggered, so (certainly in low season) you get ejected from poolside areas over the lunch period which is somewhat arciac in 2005.
Good well stocked site shop, although prices high compared to supermarkets, reasonable given distance to nearest major supermarket- Read staffordp's review (122 words)
