We arrived at the camp site on the 26th June 2023 for my daughters 30th birthday. Found our caravan there was at least 25 cigarettes at the bottom step took photos. Inside the caravan the living room was stinking of cigarettes. Iv never smoked neither has my daughter, we had my grandchildren 6yr,4yr 2yr and 1yr olds never been in a smokey atmosphere. Went straight to reception was closed but I knocked till they opened asked for a different caravan was told there were none available that the staff would clean the outside and put a bomb smelly thing in the van we couldn't go in for 30 minutes. Every day we bleached the units and tables, cleaning everything but could still smell smoke. Went for meals in the evening a lot was off the menu 2 times complained so didn't go back. The children's playpark was filled with cigarettes not clean at all. This was my second holiday there this year I have booked another 2 but don't think I could go back. Very upset as this could be a great place for a holiday same on Setonsands.
