Good Points: UK company, low cost cheap mobile phone insurance, cover for any make of phone up to 6 months old. Policys can be seen on home page. Clear and easy to get round.
Bad Points: None to report.
General comments: Having had mobile phone insurance, I needed to switch companies. I looked at CUSAC and Phones4u but for the money they did not cover what I wanted, well they would but for extra cash. I saw www.insure-my-mobile.com, what a difference, everything is laid out, so you can see immediatly what policy you want, not keep swopping pages like many. The policys covers practically anything that can go wrong with your mobile phone, from losing it, to the theft of the phone.
It was nice to see a site that is very easy to get round, it even has news and an advice and information section. I had a query on an iPod which I have just bought, and they emailed me back within 20 minutes and on a Sunday as well! Now that's what I call service. If anybody needed insurance for their mobile, this is the place to go, I have and it was so easy, took only 5 minutes to get covered. They get my vote everytime.
