    Good Points: Flight and hotel good


    Bad Points:


    General comments: Last minute changes to holiday dates by Cyprus Paradise meant that it was necessary to hire a car from them to travel to Southern Cyprus. They required time to check on difficulties travelling south with a vehicle and later telephoned back and advised they had a suitable vehicle.Payment was taken on line. The first attempt to cross the border at Nicosia resulted in a refusal because we were not in possession of the correct vehicle driving documents.
    Company travel reps were less than helpful and seemed to have difficulty in grasping the problem. A second attempt to cross the border in the hired car two days later accompanied by hire car company director again met with a refusal. After further documentation was obtained a pass through the Turkish Gate was allowed. Two hundred yards on at the Greek Gate we were refused entry to Southern Cyprus because we did not have the original vehicle documents. Complaints to the Travel Company reps again proved useless. Back in UK a letter seeking a explanation from the company elicited the response that a reply would be given within 7 days. As yet no such reply has been received. Further letters to the company have been ignored.
    Telephone calls to the company prove fruitless once they realised who was calling.
    I would not use this company again and would advise others seeking a holiday in Northen Cyprus to go elsewhere

    I would have liked to have been told about the delays that occur when going into northern cyprus from southern cyprus which amounted to nearly the same arrival time as if i had flown via turkey

    Certainly, I would recommend them, especially now there is a 'direct flight' to Larnaca . I have been with 4 companies, this one plus Direct Traveller are the best in my book.

    I have been using Cyprus Paradise for a great number of years and up until now I would always recommend them to friends and family. However, I had never had the misfortune of problems arising until now, this is where any company shows it's true colours.
    After years of loyal service, I was not granted a reduced price on my holiday as apparently the offer I was after had expired 10 minutes before I made the call despite the advertisement being in that days newspaper. Definitely not the way to tre ...

    I found travelling with Cyprus Paradise an absolute pleasure and would not think twice before recommending this travel agent to a friend. The hotel which we visited was The Residence at Belapais, from the first moment my husband and I stepped in the place, we could see that the week was going to be excellent.     We booked online with Cyprus Paradise and travelled a couple of weeks ago. We were very happy with the results. For once, the holiday was pretty much exactly as described, and we thought it was good value.

    Cyprus is a lovely place to visit, but the Cyprus Paradise just needs the infrastructure sorting. The staff were very willing to help and they all tried very hard. The rep was fantastic when my accommodation was awful, and she moved me very quickly, and they checked that I was happy with my new accommodation.

    It would be nice if both sides of the island could settle their disputes. It makes flights to Cyprus too long, and it must affect the tourist trade. We did like the island very much!

    Our hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We had a superior room with breakfast served on the balcony, with nice views and good entertainment!

    Drinks were very expensive, and wine was £15 a bottle! It was our 25th wedding anniversary. They knew this but did nothing. The rep was no help either. ...

    We booked a winter break with Cyprus Paradise and were happy with this. Their staff were helpful when booking and good on holiday too. Prices were good. The flight is a little long, but crew were friendly and this would not put us off travelling again. We stayed at the Pia Bella hotel and it was as good as we had hoped for. All together and excellent experience.

    We found Cyprus Paradise very helpful, and they gave us the information we needed to choose the right hotel. All flights to North Cyprus stop in Turkey, and though you stay on the plane, this does make it a long journey, but worth it.

    The hotel was wonderful, and the people were very friendly. The prices were low too.

    Found the service from Cyprus Paradise very good when booking. We had a minor problem on holiday and our rep was quick to sort it out. Didn't hassle us to buy extras either. Country, people and hotel were far better than expected and value was very good too. Will use them again.

    Cyprus paradise is one of only a few companies which provides holidays to North Cyprus. Desperately needs competition to sharpen it's act up. Prices keener then competition though.
    Never asked for feedback after the holiday So you have got it instead.
    Great country, great people, average tour operator
