Good Points: Extraordinary stability, attractive looks, supports extensive usage.
Bad Points: Not as many programs as on Windows.
General comments: Being a creative professional and running computer extensive applications I can say that OSX is really an astonishing OS. Running Photo shop, In Design the Illustrator at the same time on this OS is breath-taking. OSX has a better memory management than Windows. It provides me with a secure platform. I don't have crashes like on Windows and don't have to worry about spy ware viruses, though its better to have an Anti Virus installed, to be totally secure. Its an OS built for the creative community, so it sometimes lack the jack-of-all trades aspect of Windows (games, mini appz), though seems like times are changing. Developpers are starting to take OSX on to account.

I hated the Mac OS X Tiger software. It was hard to use. You can't play games on it, as it is very hard to control.
