    I just picked up my gorgeous wedding dress from their shop in the West End and I can't wait until my wedding! Looking for my dream dress was everything that I thought it would be. I had such fantastic guidance - those ladies really know what they are talking about!

    I always thought I would marry in a slinky number but they convinced me to try on a big dress....which I absolutely fell in love with! Now I just can't wait to wear it!! My advice to other brides is to keep an open mind on what you want - I'm so glad I did!

    Our daughter was married in central London June 7th 09 we live up north ! the planning advice support and what a wonderful dress all made possible by the staff of Caroline Castigliano they were super from start to finish we couldnt recommend them highly enough from fittings Champagne lots of tears when we saw our daughter in her beautiful gown Caroline was even present on her final fitting what more could you ask for

    They have a nice selection of gowns at Caroline Castigliano but the sales techniques in their store just off Oxford Street leave a lot to be desired. At first it was pretty funny that they wouldn't discuss dresses with me, just "visions" however this soon wore thin when i tried to explain that i actually had a pretty decent idea of the type of dress i wanted. I know everyone has different techniques and I am sure that some people find this works well, however the customer should always be right ...

    Any bride looking for a great experiance must make a trip to Caroline Castigliano in Guildford.I stepped in this shop a year ago and have never looked back!The manageress, was very young but she really new her stuff.I fell in love with a gown and I must have returned 4 or 5 times before I finally ordered it.

    What an awful, awful experience. I made the mistake of paying the £25 fitting fee because my BMs and I could only come on a Saturday. Before asking me anything about the dresses I might be interested, the overbearing sales woman asked how much I would like to spend. When I did not want to speed the £5,000 she suggested, I was immediately sent to the sales rack and had to beg to try anything else on!     The best there is,what a fantastic experiance .I bought a Caroline Castigliano dress from the nicest people I know. The service was outstanding and I can honestly say I had shopped all over London and New York nothing else matched these beautiful dresses and wonderful staff.

    Went to the CC store in Knightsbridge in October 2009 and before even starting to try on gowns, I was lectured for 5 minutes by a salesgirl saying I had to choose my dress that night. Very insistent I try on a veil even though I do not want to wear one. When I said I had appointments elsewhere and that I would have to think about whether I wanted to buy a CC dress, the salesgirl said that I could have 10% off the price but ONLY if I paid in full on the spot!!     I just picked up my georgous Wedding Dress from Caroline Castigliano and i have never been anywhere with the same exceptional service and quality. It was really hard to choose just one. The ladies working there made me feel very special and made the whole experience very enjoyable and very easy for me. I had a very lovely lady look after me for 2 hours, she gave me really helpful advise and a lot of suggetions of dresses for me to try on.     Caroline Castigliano Wedding Dresses is a lovely shop with lovely ladies to help you find The One. I thought I'd already found my dress elsewhere, but kept the appointment I'd made at Castigliano only because I'd already paid £25 for the appointment! We were greeted with champagne and smiles, and a lovely patient girl talked us through the dresses, gave us her recommendations, and insisted that we try all sorts of shapes and sizes.     I couldn't recommend this store more highly , I will sing their praises forever!I have just returned from delivering the Castigliano girls cake and a couple of bottles of champagne,they just couldn't have looked after me better.I have told them I will tell everyone about them, If you are looking for a fabulous gown,please visit this shop they are brilliant i looked fantastic I felt fantastic and I just wish I could go through the whole experiance again.

    Just returned from my honeymoon and saw my wedding pictures,I nearly cryed I just couldn't believe how wonderful I looked. I bought my dress and went well over my budget, the lady at Caroline Castigliano said I should go to my wedding wearing a gown that made me feel fantastic and that I would never regret it!     I have just picked up my wedding dress last week and can't wait to wear it next weekend! I had the most wonderful experience on every visit and am so glad that my cousin recommended Caroline Castigliano Wedding Dresses to me. She bought her wedding dress from there two years ago and could not stop telling me how wonderful it was. She was right. It will be an experience I will treasure always.

    Georgeously designed dress and perfectly made to my body. The necklace brought from there broke completely and was un-usable most of the wedding (Caroline Castigliano Wedding Dresses kindly fixed it when i informed them after). Once i had paid for the dress, i was spoken to rudely every time i tried the dress on. My letter of complaint was never answered and i never recieved an apology.     Yesterday I went to a wedding,the sister of my boyfriend.I have not met her before as she has been living abroard since we have been dating.I was overwhelmed by the fabulous gown she wore, it was breath taking,when I eventually got to meet her she told me about the wonderful time she had choosing her dress at Caroline Castigliano and how special everyone had made her feel she said she never wanted to take the dress off!!

    I just visited the Caroline Castigliano shop in London last Friday. I have been to many wedding shops already and have a few more to visit this week and next week. I thought the sales lady there was very helpful and nice. Even though I did fall in love with one of the dresses I tried on, I told her I had a few more appointments and did not want to commit straight away.     I bought my gorgeoues dress from Caroline Castigliano in November last year, the dress is made to measure so they took my measurements then and all was well. On the day of my first fitting which was in March this year, 6 months after the purchse I was told we would have to pay extra £250 for something called toile which will make the dress perfect, the reason why I apprently must pay for this is beacuse my boobs are bigger then C cup, they are 30DD wich is still not massive but that didnt ...

    I bought my dress from the Berners Street Store. IT was a beautiful dress and I was very keen on it. I decided to ignore the pushy staff and went ahead with my purchase. Unfortunately the staff pushiness carried on during the later fittings. THe dresses are beautiful but she is really let down by her staff (unfriendly and pushy). I will certainly not recommend anyone shopping there it is a disappointing experience for any bride to be.
