Good Points: Amazing dresses with an amazing fit - they are made for you and it really shows.
Bad Points: I am so surprised at some of these reviews, I think you get what you pay for and they even offer an interest free payment plan.
General comments: The dresses at Caroline Castigliano Wedding Dresses were far superior to any I had tried before and I tried so many boutiques! The service was very friendly and very professional - they asked me about my wedding and my style and I think they really understood what I want, which is a first with bridal shops! I would really recommend this company to anyone who cares not just about the style but also the fit and finish - they are beautiful.

My experience was pretty good. Although there were a few points which I think they could improve on. I wanted to see a specific designer, I was told that 2 dresses were out of my price range and so picked 3 others. I ended up only trying one on and was told that it didn't suit my shape, the other 2 I didn't try. I understand that she was trying to be helpful but I think it should be up to the bride-to-be what I try on and if I likes the dress.

I work in sales and was shocked and horrified by their technique. My wedding is in a few months and straight away I was told there would be a late fee. No other wedding dress shop I had visited was going to charge me. I felt as though they were trying to intimidate me because I did not have one year to plan and prepare everything. I was disappointed with Caroline Castigliano at Bern's street. I had my dress fitted at the store and the fitter seemed to have no time or interest in trying to understand how I wanted it. I feel the quality of the work was very bad, and the dress no longer fits me. I will most probably have a buy a new dress and I'm just so sad. I don't know what to do. The shop has not yet offered to help me or repair the dress.

We were treated to champagne, and incredible service, i cannot recommend them highly enough. I've booked my gown and now can't wait to be walking down the aisle in it!

I tried on 7 dresses and I managed to narrow it down to two, i'm not sure how as they were so beautiful. In the end i went for a full length lace dress called Santa Monica. I think the team in the shop were great - really helpful, and my mum and i had a really fantastic time.

I have just ordered my wedding dress from Caroline Castigliano in Knightsbridge, what an experience. I ordered my dress from DBR in Kendals, Manchester who have transferred my order to CC in Wilmslow. 4 weeks before my big day and there is no sign of my dress, I'm ringing them on a daily basis and just keep getting told they will ring me when it arrives in store.....not good enough! They promise to ring you back and never do so you chase them and they just say don't panic, we don't do panic at CC!

Out of three appointments Caroline Castigliano Wedding Dresses stood out for all the wrong reasons. Firstly, the high pressure sales technique and being grilled about the vision for the wedding and how I wanted to look. None of my answers were good enough! I have bought the Beauty dress and have enjoyed my visits to their Knightsbridge store in London. The girl who has been looking after me is great and is very honest about what she thinks works and doesn't, without trying to push a sale.
My big problem is that the sample dresses that are there to be tried on are in very poor condition. I visited on Saturday to have my measurements taken followed by an accessories appointment and my dress was grey from shop dirt and damaged from over dry cleanin ...

Im quite surprised at reading these brilliant reviews.
I only wish i had the same experience. I went to the store in London and felt like they were attempting to hypnotise me into buying a wedding dress.
The girl that was helping me was divorced which didnt put my mind at ease.
I was also made to parade up and down the shop pretending i was walking down an aisle.
I loved the general idea of it all but it didnt seem realistic or down to earth and for what i was getting i did not feel like spendi ...

I had a fantastic time, the store staff are really helpful although i thought i knew what i wanted they listened to what i said and came up with some great suggestions, in the end i chose a dress that is an adaptation of what i had thought would suit me - its called devine and it lives up to its name! Its a big relief to know i've found my dress!

I loved my whole experience. The staff were so attentive and really made me feel special, they kept asking me what my vision was, and what I was really looking for. They didn't rush me at all and the champagne was such a nice touch, and it was really nice to be relaxed in the dresses, so many stores are paranoid that you are going to spill something on them, but Caroline Castigliano just are not like this, so refreshing. I've choosen Beauty and I can't wait to wear it for the day.

The member of staff I had the appointment with also talked to my Mum about having a dress made for her from the evening wear collection for our reception. Mum will have a gown fitted at the same time I will have my fittings we are really looking forward to the whole process.

I nearly didn't visit the Caroline Castigliano boutique because I'd read this review page, but I went along with an open mind and because a friend of mine had said how incredible the dresses are, and I have to say I had the most amazing time.
The sales team were really friendly and down to earth, and they listened to what I wanted before making any suggestions. I had an amazing time and loved every minute, and I found my dress!

The designs were beautiful the quality just fantastic ,having been really nervous about the whole experience i can only say every bride should go .I had the best experience of my life at caroline castigliano everyone made me feel so special. I loved the dresses and although it is more than intended to spend i know i now can't wear anything else.

Over the top staff, they kept asking me what my dream was? how did I want to look? I want to look nice, didn't give prices of dresses till you tried them on, very annoying sales technique, you shouldn't try and trick people into buying I don't like this shop at all, and the staff did my head in with their stupid comments.
