    I purchased a dress from the quick delivery range as I needed a bridesmaid dress in a hurry. Quick delivery is ment to take 2-5 weeks but i was advised that it would probably arrive well within the 5 weeks. When the 5th week arrived I contacted the company and was advised that my dress was still at the wholesaler in Ireland but not to worry it would only be a few working days late. This was not the case as it took a week to arrive at the company in Newbury before being forwarded to me. The whole time I had to chase up the sales team and i found the experience very stressful. The problems I experienced were partly down to the incompetence of royal mail but if you are ordering and dont have much time then Chase them up well before time!!!!

    The Bridesmaid dress I recently purchased from the Bridalwear company was stunning, however the overall service was disapointing.

    What a great company. I emailed The Bridalwear Company about their range one morning and received a reply less than an hour later. I eventually ordered my dress after much help and advice from their Sales team and was more than pleasantly surprised when I received my dress, veil and tiara. The quality is outstanding and the prices second to known.

    I cannot speak more highly of this company and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting married.

    I bought my dress from The Bridalwear Company and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dress when you think how cheap the dress was. It is so good to find a company willing to sell wedding dresses at normal prices. Thank you.
