    Good Points: - Good logical layout.
    - All useful functions (bulk email, reports etc)
    - Accepts multiple notes for each contact.
    - Easy to configure customizable reports (hardcopy or PDF)
    - No installation or registration hassles.


    Bad Points: - Needs better backup process, such as timed backup option.
    - Get rid of baby-blue default colours (these can be switched off after installation).


    General comments: Equilibrium LLC with Avanquest USA MyDataBase 6.5.0.0: WOW - I can't believe what an amazingly negative review. I actually searched on this software to find the POSITIVE reviews on it! This is the only negative review I have found. I think the MyDatabase software (compared to Maximizer, Organizer Deluxe and MS Access) is really great. I did not experience ANY of the problems the above reviewer had. HOWEVER: The developer does need to create an auto-backup feature (say every 3 mins or nominated time by user), as it is easy to exit the programme, forgetting to save first. The exit prompt for saving is not good enough by itself. (2) The screen colours (a type of almost baby-blue) are a bit horrible (I totally disagree with the other reviewer that the colours are a good point). But these windows shell colours can simply be turned off, at the properties menu within MyDatabase. In short, this is very good software and fills a great big whole in the DB software market.

    This Equilibrium LLC program needs a whole lot more work to be charging what they do, a simple Microsoft spreadsheet will do all the things that the 30 templates included will do.
    This program is almost like early releases of a beta program, but you pay OVER $30.00 to find the bugs for them and let them know.
    I spent right at 30 days everyday trying to put together some databases. It just isn't easy and the tech support cost. I'm not even sure who owns the company anymore. The web site was ha ...
