    Good Points: Tight bass, open mid range, great control.

    Bad Points: Can be a little bright.

    General comments: Purchased the Arcam A60 second hand for $125NZD, built 1984. Just fantastic little amp. Feels more powerful than the rated 30 watts rms @ 8ohm. Really drives my Audio Reasearch LS 94 speakers well. Replaced a system with sub, but I haven't yet felt the need to re-connect the sub. Has really opened my eyes to vintage HIFI, it rubs shoulder with the likes of Rotel RC 01 and can still hold its own.
